Perfect shoe for me! At a sale two years ago, I found a pair of Columbia sandals very similar to the Nevis, so I was excited to find this website and such a huge collection. I have worn these on vacation - walked for two ten hour days without a thought for my feet! My feet are often hot in leather sandals, but that doesn't happen with the Nevis. I have bunions and the toe piece minimizes them, while being very comfortable. Sizing was perfect. A friend ordered some as soon as she saw mine! I have black and tank - tank is a great neutral color. I prefer the ones that do not have white soles, but for a smaller foot - I am a ten - the bright colors would be lots of fun. I have used my old ones to climb rocks, walk on barnacles at the beach, swim in, and to church! Very versatile and you can get them wet and keep right on walking in them without stretching problems. The built in give of the upper part allows them to fit a variety of widths. They also have very good arch support and are lighter than my old ones. I would highly recommend these to anyone, especially if they have problem feet or a difficult fit.

Excellent walking sandals - My friend had a pair. We walk a lot together up and down hills because we live in the canyons of Los Angeles. My husband liked mine so much he bought a pair, even though they are not men's shoes. He bought Women’s size 11 and enjoyed them so much I ordered another pair for him. They are excellent walking sandals because the toe covering keeps the sandal snug to the foot, so you don't have to grip with your toes in order to walk. Nicely padded. No blisters from the soft foot top.

Finally a sandal that fits narrow feet! I have a hard time finding sandals and flip flops for my narrow feet. The Columbia Nevis fits perfectly, even though it only comes in Med width. I was hesitant about the comfort of the wrap thong that goes around the big toe... but these sandals are SO comfortable that I wear them on 1-hour summer hikes with my dog. Never had any chafing at all. I've worn 1 pair for a year and they still feel and look great. Highly recommend!!!

I have really bad feet and it is hard to find any comfortable sandal much less one that looks attractive. This shoe fits the bill so I bought it in every color. It does not hurt my feet anywhere. It actually makes my foot look normal. Love these shoes!!!

The Columbia Nevis sandal is great. I had despaired of ever finding a ring toe sandal I could wear. I have skinny, bony, sensitive, flat feet with bunions. These sandals look great (because they hide the bunions) and they feel good because of the padded inner sole and comfortable ring thong. And Zappos service is outstanding!

Columbia Nevis - This is my second pair of these sandals. They are the most comfortable shoes ever. They stay in place on the foot and offer great support for standing all day. I cannot wear regular thongs but this hugs the toe and does not hurt. They look very nice on the foot too. Zappos service is wonderful and a pleasure to do business with. I've never had better customer support anywhere. Thank you.

I have bought 7 pairs of this shoe over the last 2 summers. They hug your feet very good, but when your feet swell, they stretch. What a great thing! I have had foot problems and the arch support is super in a sandal. The looks are a quiet casual but I don't care. I even wear mine in the winter too.

Love this shoe - This is a very comfortable shoe. I just bought my third pair and hope they never stop making it. I don't like flip flops because of the part between the toes, but this one doesn't bother me. It's solid and comfortable. This is my second pair of white ones (I also have them in black) and I've even thrown them in the washer to get them clean.

Great shoe - Would love to be able to get Kiwi color! This shoe is soooo comfortable. Get it wet and it bounces back. I even wash them in the washing machine!!! Great for beach walking and everything else.

Columbia Nevis is great orthopedic shoe! I was desperately searching for a shoe to help with toe padding and overall support due to upcoming bunionectomy (bi-lateral). This Nevis style separates the toe in comfort and supports the rest of my foot. Footbed is so comfy and soft. Shoe will also cover scars due to metal implants after surgery. All in one shoe with that extra something for orthopedic needs.

Great Sandal - Very comfortable and fits well. I am a women’s 12m and not all shoes come in my size, so I was very pleased that these look great and feel great. Also I cannot wear a regular thong sandal as I usual end up with blisters but these sandals alleviate that problem. Highly recommend them.

This shoe is immediately comfortable and requires no "breaking in" period. I have bunions and they effectively hide them and don't rub or push on them which can be excruciating. The Nevis is almost exactly like the Columbia Altamont which I purchased last year and still wear. The only noticeable difference is the heel design. I would love this shoe in every color for every occasion! Actually - I'd love this shoe with a comfy back strap and perhaps a bit more dressy (if that were even possible!!) so that I really could wear it for all occasions!

All around comfort - I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this sandal. I never tried anything in the Columbia brand before but decided, after reading the great reviews that I would give these a try. I bought them in white and I really like them. They have decent arch support, a nice cushiony footbed and I can do quite a bit of walking without my legs or feet feeling tired or achy. I also like that even though they're a medium width, they have a little extra space so my baby toe stays on the footbed. Very nice for feet that have gotten a little wider with age but not quite wide enough for the "wide width" shoes. I have been trying and returning quite a few pairs of sandals and Zappos has been awesome!!!

Comfortable, supportive & durable - This is my 2nd pair of Columbia's Nevis style. I stumbled upon the first one at a store close to home and discovered I can wear a flip-flop kind of shoe. I hate the way the cheap brands pull against my toes and the heels wobble side to side. This shoe is stuck in place; it doesn't wobble and it has tons of support. Great for water sports & even gardening. I wear my old ones all the time and bought this 2nd pair in case I couldn't find the same style anymore. I love them!

The best ever. I just love this sandal. It is all I will wear. The comfort is unbelievable. It is also a very strong shoe. I have a pair that I have been wearing for three summers now and not one stitch has come apart. I use them in the garden and they stand up to the water and mud very well. I like them so much that I sometimes even wear them in the winter. They also come in a great range of colors.

Very comfortable - These were comfortable right out of the box, and then on a long vacation that included lots of walking. I went down a half size and they fit just fine.

Nice flip flop but beware... These really are a comfy sandal....I wore them a lot last summer. I would hose them off if they got dirty and let them dry really well. I do not have a stinky foot problem, but these flip flops became very smelly. I noticed it on a trip when we were in the car for a while. I kept smelling something and to my horror it was my flip flops!!! I cannot get the smell out of them either. BUT it's only going to be noticed in a confined space. If you’re out running around who will notice it. These flip flops are snug so they are more stable than the cheap ones you get at the five and dime.

Terrific shoe - I wear mostly Merrell shoes for the arch support but couldn't find the style I wanted in white - so glad that I tried this pair of Columbia's Nevis - they fit as well and have the same arch support I get from the Merrell shoes and they cost about $20.00 less - I am so glad that I found them.

I was a little disappointed in this shoe. I wear a lot of flip flops and the material between the toes usually doesn't bother me but it does on this shoe.

Comfortable, supportive & durable - This is my 2nd pair of Columbia's Nevis style. I stumbled upon the first one at a store close to home and discovered I can wear a flip-flop kind of shoe. I hate the way the cheap brands pull against my toes and the heels wobble side to side. This shoe is stuck in place; it doesn't wobble and it has tons of support. Great for water sports & even gardening. I wear my old ones all the time and bought this 2nd pair in case I couldn't find the same style anymore. I love them!

The best ever. I just love this sandal. It is all I will wear. The comfort is unbelievable. It is also a very strong shoe. I have a pair that I have been wearing for three summers now and not one stitch has come apart. I use them in the garden and they stand up to the water and mud very well. I like them so much that I sometimes even wear them in the winter. They also come in a great range of colors.

Great looking! Love this sandal. It is just what I was looking for a trip to Africa. Goes with all my Safari clothes! Comfortable too!

Very comfortable - These were comfortable right out of the box, and then on a long vacation that included lots of walking. I went down a half size and they fit just fine.

Nice flip flop but beware... These really are a comfy sandal....I wore them a lot last summer. I would hose them off if they got dirty and let them dry really well. I do not have a stinky foot problem, but these flip flops became very smelly. I noticed it on a trip when we were in the car for a while. I kept smelling something and to my horror it was my flip flops!!! I cannot get the smell out of them either. BUT it's only going to be noticed in a confined space. If you’re out running around who will notice it. These flip flops are snug so they are more stable than the cheap ones you get at the five and dime.

Terrific shoe - I wear mostly Merrell shoes for the arch support but couldn't find the style I wanted in white - so glad that I tried this pair of Columbia's Nevis - they fit as well and have the same arch support I get from the Merrell shoes and they cost about $20.00 less - I am so glad that I found them.

I was a little disappointed in this shoe. I wear a lot of flip flops and the material between the toes usually doesn't bother me but it does on this shoe.
