Be sure to order big! I had to send mine back; I wear a 14, and definitely feels like a 12.5 - 13. Unfortunately they don’t sell a 15. Cool looking shoe, may be comfortable in the right fit. Yes hard to get on, I am used to more of a slip on type. Pricey too.

Good sandal for high price - As always, kudos to Zappos for miraculously having these at my doorstep 15 hours after I ordered them and my replacement pair just 2 days later (had to reorder to get my right size). As for the sandals, I like the subtle styling much more than those "look at my sandals" Newports, though I wonder if this footbed might have slightly less arch support than those other Keens. Still, an obviously high quality sandal, though the asking price does lessen the overall value factor somewhat, as there doesn't seem to be anything to any of these Keens that should make them cost as much as they do - ideally (I know-wishful thinking).

Want to warn the customer - I've got my Keens few days ago, and they are great, but for some details. First, they fit around a size smaller then the size tells. I normally wear European 42, but my 42.5 was quite to my fit, except for the fact, it is really hard to put on them. The heel made of canvas doesn't stretch at all! And even a bootstrap does not help a lot. You literally have to squeeze your feet and put forces to do this. Other than this, they are great, have a good casual look (more appropriate, say, at work than Newport), they are quite comfortable... once you manage to put them on.

Love Keens but this could be better - I love Keens and have several pairs. I preferred the old buckle method of securing the shoe and find the new tie closure a bit binding, even if loose. They are great shoes, none the less but not as good as what I have come to expect from Keen

How do you get them on? I like the look, and they were comfortable once I struggled them on. The heel strap has no give and I practically got a hernia trying them to stretch them onto my fairly normal feet, even with the lace fully expanded. Had to return them. Wish they had a little elastic on the heel strap.

Very comfortable for all day walking. Nice look for summer casual. The Tijuana canvas runs a full size small! All Keens run a half size small, but this shoe is a full size small because the canvas doesn't stretch and so it stays sort of tight even when broken in.

A Keen for My Bare Feet - I have been unable to wear my Keen Newports (slide and sandal) on my bare feet because I am allergic to the Aegis/Serdia antimicrobial treatment applied to the lining (they are still incredibly comfortable with socks, but in the summer that gets hot). Then I discovered from the Zappos description that the Tijuana Canvas seemed not to be treated, and that was confirmed by the Zappos folks who got back to me in less than a day after contacting Keen. Eureka!!! These are as comfy as the Newports (maybe more so because they are lighter and airier) and don't give me the Aegis rash. They are a bit tighter than the others, but that's overcome by loosening the elastic tie system. Thanks Keen (and Zappos).
