Sperry Top-Sider's Gold Cup 2 Eye - The "Most" comfortable boat shoe I have ever purchased, true to size and width and excellent arch support. As a avid wearer of boat shoes with a current inventory of about 15 pair in my closet these beat any other pair of Sperrys, Timberland or Rockports I have purchased. A very unique style and sophisticated look, the most I have ever spent on a pair of boat shoes but worth every penny. Past purchases never had deer skin lining or triple density memory foam not to mention the 18 karate gold eyelets and hardware for corrosion resistance. Sperry you have hit a home run with this one, Thanks

Did not last – delaminated in nine months. This was a nice looking shoe that fit well but I am very disappointed that both shoes have the bottom coming apart in the same place after 9 months of very gentle use. I have had less expensive Sperry shoes last much longer.

Takes the boat shoe to a new level of excellence - Finally, a boat shoe that can serve as a dress shoe as well. Sturdy leather combined with great styling and dark soles make for durable, tough, but dressy shoes. The fit is perfect for my wide feet. These are not knockabout shoes. For that I still have my traditional Sperry boat shoes. To keep the laces from coming untied, you have to pull on the leather very tightly. Over time that problem will go away as the leather hardens up and keeps it shape better where one ties the knot.

I'm wearing them now - UPS just delivered these amazing shoes and I've got them on, barefoot. Great fit and very comfortable. Nice looking shoe, probably too nice. (I want to dirty them up.) I'm sailing down to Mexico next month and I wanted to get these with enough time to break them in. I don't think that'll be necessary. I bought the Amaretto color and they're the shade of a Maduro cigar...I'll report back after the Mexico trip.

I was very hesitant in getting rid of my old pair; had them many years. But my puppy tore the inserts out. Got this new pair and absolutely love them. What a difference in wearing them. Good Shoe - Only One Problem - I bought these shoes for my husband. He is very pleased with the comfort and look of the shoe. The only problem is that the shoes continue to come untied. There must be something that can be used on the shoe ties to keep them from coming untied. Any ideas?

Gold Cup 2 Eye - The shoe is a little more rounded toe than I expected and I probably would have gotten the brown if I could do over since the black something I don't normally wear. They fit great however and are very comfortable. I have some feet pain and these are the best brand for me.

I Think I'm In Love - I purchased this outstanding shoe for my husband who has been wearing Sperry Boat Shoes for years. The look and style of the shoes is extraordinary -- very attractive. My husband put on the shoes, walked around the house, then proclaimed, "I think I'm in love." He has wide feet and the D fit him true to size. This is by far, the best looking boat shoe Sperry has put out to date. Sturdy, good looking and functional. These shoes will provide many years of terrific, stylish wear. Gold Cup for the Gold Cup - FUNCTION, STYLE, COMFORT. THAT SAYS IT ALL. I just bought a new boat, and remembered how much I enjoyed the original boat shoes when I was boating in Florida. So I went looking, found Zappos and clicked boat shoes. HALLELUJAH! Sperry makes a Lexus of boat shoes. These old feet (67) deserve the best, so I bit the bullet and paid the price. These shoes are worth every penny. Only negative-- not quite as sticky on the deck as original Sperry Top Siders, so I'll probably buy a pair of them too. But the comfort and style are so good I'll be buying other colors for casual wear. Guess where I'll buy them? ZAPPOS. First time customer and I'm totally impressed. Outstanding selection, free shipping, both ways if necessary, tops in customer service, it just doesn't get any better. I'll probably buy all my shoes from Zappos.

Best Shoe Ever - You will never buy another pair of shoes again, after buying these Gold Cups. From the moment you put them on you can feel the memory foam, mold to your foot, which is not only very comfortable, but also provides tons of support. There was essentially no break in period on these shoes, which was fantastic. They also look 200 dollars more expensive then what you pay for them very sharp looking shoes. Overall 10 Stars and I see myself buying a new pair when theirs no rubber left on my sole.

Sperry Gold Cup boat shoes - I'd thought Timberland made the best, and perhaps they do for the money. But these Sperry’s are the most comfortable I've ever worn without socks and the leathers used inside and out are top of the class. Worth the money!

Comfortable shoes - These shoes were everything they were thought to be and more. Very comfortable and required no break in. Recommend them highly.

Quality and Attention to Detail - Great shoes, not your traditional deck shoe, more of a deck/loafer/dress shoe. I liked the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. I only wish Sperry would give a little more room in the toe area. Otherwise very comfortable!

Best Shoe Ever - You will never buy another pair of shoes again, after buying these Gold Cups. From the moment you put them on you can feel the memory foam, mold to your foot, which is not only very comfortable, but also provides tons of support. There was essentially no break in period on these shoes, which was fantastic. They also look 200 dollars more expensive then what you pay for them very sharp looking shoes. Overall 10 Stars and I see myself buying a new pair when theirs no rubber left on my sole.

Sperry Gold Cup boat shoes - I'd thought Timberland made the best, and perhaps they do for the money. But these Sperry’s are the most comfortable I've ever worn without socks and the leathers used inside and out are top of the class. Worth the money!

The shoes look very nice. The fit is good but they feel a little bigger than the size listed. Overall, these are a very comfortable shoe and I would recommend them to anybody considering a purchase.
