Wow, not what they used to be. If you were lucky enough to buy a pair of these pants prior to '08, you snagged some of the best pants I've ever worn on an outdoor adventure. Since then Prana has really dropped the ball on quality. These should seriously have the "stretch" removed from the name. They no longer have any stretch to them what so ever, still very light and quite comfy, but they just don't feel as rugged and impressive as they used to. Shame on you, Prana.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Patagonia does it right, Arcteryx (expensive but without a doubt the BEST)

This is a great outdoor sport pant. The variety of pockets work well for a multitude of uses. They are true to size, wash and wear well. Prana makes a very durable product.

These are great pants - My husband dresses casually for work, and these are his absolute favorite pants. He wore regular hiking pants for years, and now that he has these he doesn't want to wear the hiking pants. The great thing about these pants is that they are practical like the hiking pants - lightweight, stain resistant, easy care, extra pockets, comfortable - but look like trousers. They have a really nice look and very flattering fit. He can carry things in his pockets without odd looking bulges and the extra pockets are useful for all the things guys need to carry - keys, phone, wallet, camera, glasses, etc. These pants are thinner than Dockers type khaki pants, but are thicker than typical hiking pants of thin nylon. They would probably not be warm in a cold climate.

I cannot say enough about these pants. I've owned them for just about a year now and have only great things to say. The material holds up well to abrasions, breathes fairly well, and stretches as the name indicates. Highly recommend these pants. Sizing from my estimation is true to size. 32-33 waist here and I wear a large with comfortable room.

A fave. I like these. Sturdy, stretchy but lightweight enough for traveling and cooler climes hikes (not Hawaii). Work or play or city cruising. Not baggy as military cargo but kinda gets the look across. I like.
