Bad Quality - I owned these boots for a couple of years and wore them about four or five times, when they completely came apart on me while walking through some snow. The whole black rubber portion of the boot came apart on both boots. Disappointment coming from a name brand such as Columbia.

Love the shoes. Coming from Kauai, I normally would not wear this type of shoe. Went skiing and needed waterproof hiking type shoes. Very comfortable and kept me warm. Just what I needed. I love my Columbia's!

Awesome. I bought these boots because my old hikers weren't cutting it anymore. I ordered them about 6 pm Pacific time and they arrived the next evening by 5. The boots took about a day to wear in, as any footwear does. I do a lot of walking around campus and these boots keep my feet toasty and dry. The fit was very comfortable without being too snug or too sloppy. I ordered these just time because a few days later we were dumped on with 2 feet of snow. In fact, my brother thoughts these boots were cool looking. I ordered the black/wasabi color. And my mom has borrowed them a few times and really liked the boots. Great fit and a great looking boot without being too girlie.

Buggabootoo - I like the boots. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9 1/2 based on consumer comments on the site. Glad I did as they just fit. No room for heavy socks but that hasn't been a problem yet as they are warm! Leather upper is stiff but seems to be a little more flexible now that I've worn them. Love dealing with Zappos and have recommended this site to one of my friends and she has already placed and rec'd her order! Thanks for superior service!

Nice! These are great winter snow boots. I bought them for snowshoeing and general snow tromping. They are WARM, and not too heavy. The ankles are quite stiff...but that works for me since I wanted some support. These fit my wide-ish foot okay, too. Cute styling oo. Yayyy Zappos!!!

Very poorly made - I purchased a pair of these two years ago but only wore them about 5-6 days a winter (only when shoveling) and this year I found the rubber had cracked completely off of both boots. I have never seen anything like it. They looked and felt great but were not made anywhere near the quality I expected from Columbia.

My Shoes Fell Apart!!! I love these shoes because they are comfortable and very warm. I use them for snowshoeing and they keep my feet dry and warm. However, the bad news is that they are cracked and splitting at the toe area of both shoes. I've only had then one just over a year. I believe this to be a defect in the product as others have reported this problem as well. I will replace these shoes with the same model as I think they are still a great shoe.

Love them! Boots arrived in time for the first snow. They kept my feet dry and warm when walking the dogs and other outdoor activities. I do recommend wearing them a bit to break them in (the area above the ankle is a bit stiff) and hopefully you'll be as happy as I am with them.

Comfy and Warm - I've had my boots for at least 5 years and have had no problems with cracks, leaks or discomfort. I use them a lot in the winter, especially for snowshoeing, and they keep my feet comfortable and warm. I'll be getting another pair once my current ones finally wear out!

Great For Function, Not So Hot For Fashion - I love my new Bugabootoo boots, they are exactly what I was looking for, but I'm not into trendy fashions. They aren't what I think most would consider fashionable, but I think they look nice. They are the warmest things on Earth! Great for snow and ice and the cold in general.

Not long-lasting - I do not wear my boots very often, yet the hard rubber near the toes has already started to crack. I'll have to replace them before the winter is even over. Not worth the extra money to me.

I LOVE mine! I bought the pink and gray ones about 2 weeks ago. With the cold weather we've been experiencing lately, I've been wearing my Bugabootoo to work, where I stand all day long and have a casual dress code. The other day, I forgot to change into my work shoes and was wearing the boots for 4 hours before someone commented on how cute they were. At that point, I didn't feel like changing into my shoes because they are so comfortable, and for the first time in years, I went home from work without sore feet! They are a bit clunky and heavy, and they make navigating stairs a little tricky- the boots are slightly stiff, though maybe it's because I've only worn them about four times. They keep my feet nice and toasty even in 15-degree weather. I do feel that I need to invest in thin socks that extend past the ankle as it's slightly irritating to feel the tops of the boots brushing against my bare skin.

Fabulous Boots - I got these boots for my birthday, which was in July so I didn’t get to try them out until Nov and Dec. I love these boots! I got the ones with pink leather. Everyone that sees them loves them. In the beginning the ankle parts were pretty stiff, but it didn’t take long for them to break in. We have had so much snow in the last three weeks these boots have been a blessing! They are great to stomp around in the snow and slush. I did have to go uo 1/2 size-- Zappos was fabulous because I had to send back my size eights for an 8½--free shipping three ways! I would buy the boots again I will buy from Zappos again. (It is a bummer that we can’t get extra laces for them, but so far they haven’t worn out).

Eight years and still cute as ever - I live in the cold and snowy state of Michigan and have had this boot going on eight years. After that many years I would expect to need to get a new pair but they are still as cute as when I got them. The boot fits well. The only complaint I have is the boot can feel a little heavy after you have been wearing it for a while. I love this boot so much I got a pair for my mom for Christmas. She is going to love it.

Ankle Comfort Lacking - I ordered the Swiss/Blush Bugabootoo and was stoked when I got them. They are a bit clunky but look way cute on, and made my feet look small. They were true to size but I stressed a bit about wearing them with winter socks, so I returned them and intended to order them in a 9 after the return was credited. However, today I was bumming around a sporting good store and for kicks tried on the Chillkats by The North Face and was sold. There was significantly more padding the in the ankle and although I think the Bugabootoo’s are much cuter, I'm sticking with the Chillkats. I'm sure others will find the Columbia’s comfortable but for me, I needed a lot more padding on the inside.

LACES!!! Just want to let people know that the laces wear out very quickly and there is NO way to replace them! I have a pair in stone/starlight. The laces match the color scheme of the boot you purchase so you're stuck having to get generic laces once your laces fray. I contacted Columbia, searched online and replacement laces are not an option. I barely used these boots and the lace plastic tips came off and the stretch in the laces was gone after that which made the laces such a nuisance! Overall the boots are comfy and warm, just thought I'd let you know to consider the appearance down the road.

WARM BOOTS! I have these boots, they're sooo warm! Comfort is also not an issue, it is a bit heavy but you'll get used to them. They're perfect for very icy & harsh snowy conditions. I recommend these boots if you're looking for a pair of REALLY WARM boots.

Good boot - It seems to be very comfortable when trying on. The boot snugs the leg as well and I'm sure that will make for a warm boot come winter time. I purchased the boot this summer and I can't wait to try the boot on this winter. Moved to up State NY and I'm sure the boot will come in handy soon.

CAN'T WAIT TIL WINTER - I know it is still summer, but I have walked around my house in my boots; of course my husband thought I was crazy. The fit is great, and it seems there is no opening for snow or water to seep in (yeah). I haven't had a good winter boot in so many years, until now. My mom saw them and tried them on, now she wants a pair.

Perfect Snow Boot - I received my Bugabootoo's yesterday and I like them better than I thought I would. I didn't realize they would be so comfy inside! The ankle is hard, and the boot is clunky, but that's how snow boots are supposed to be! Hiking through snow in flimsy shoes just doesn't work, no matter how "cute" they might be. I love the style and the feel and I would definitely recommend buying them to anyone who lives in an area where it snows. I went through the entire winter last year without a pair of good snow boots. This year, I am prepared with my new Bugabootoo's! No more wet feet or slipping and falling. I bought these boots when they went on sale during the summer months…Thanks Zappos!

LOVE these Columbia boots! I bought these when the price dramatically dropped and whoa, what a bargain! I chose the white/blue, and they are a very pretty boot. I also went with an 8 1/2 which is a half size larger than my normal size, and am glad I did as they fit perfectly. As much as I dread winters in New England, I know my feet will be thanking me in these come next winter.

Great First Time Buy! Saw these in a catalog last season, but this season they were no longer listed. Great for Winter Sports- I got these for Christmas because I needed some boots for my snowshoes. They are perfect. I am a normal size 7 and I ordered a 7 1/2 because I like lots of room in my snow boots. They fit exactly as I had hoped- easy to slide into, but able to tighten perfectly with the laces. These boots are clunky and heavy- they are warm and strong- built more for use than fashion (though they are adorable!). If you're looking for a dainty, everyday boot, you may want to try something else.

Too small for heavy socks - I've found that with most Columbia boots you have to order at least 1/2 size up in order to wear thick socks.

Ankle Comfort Lacking - I ordered the Swiss/Blush Bugabootoo and was stoked when I got them. They are a bit clunky but look way cute on, and made my feet look small. They were true to size but I stressed a bit about wearing them with winter socks, so I returned them and intended to order them in a 9 after the return was credited. However, today I was bumming around a sporting good store and for kicks tried on the Chillkats by The North Face and was sold. There was significantly more padding the in the ankle and although I think the Bugabootoo’s are much cuter, I'm sticking with the Chillkats. I'm sure others will find the Columbia’s comfortable but for me, I needed a lot more padding on the inside.

LACES!!! Just want to let people know that the laces wear out very quickly and there is NO way to replace them! I have a pair in stone/starlight. The laces match the color scheme of the boot you purchase so you're stuck having to get generic laces once your laces fray. I contacted Columbia, searched online and replacement laces are not an option. I barely used these boots and the lace plastic tips came off and the stretch in the laces was gone after that which made the laces such a nuisance! Overall the boots are comfy and warm, just thought I'd let you know to consider the appearance down the road.

WARM BOOTS! I have these boots, they're sooo warm! Comfort is also not an issue, it is a bit heavy but you'll get used to them. They're perfect for very icy & harsh snowy conditions. I recommend these boots if you're looking for a pair of REALLY WARM boots.

Good boot - It seems to be very comfortable when trying on. The boot snugs the leg as well and I'm sure that will make for a warm boot come winter time. I purchased the boot this summer and I can't wait to try the boot on this winter. Moved to up State NY and I'm sure the boot will come in handy soon.

CAN'T WAIT TIL WINTER - I know it is still summer, but I have walked around my house in my boots; of course my husband thought I was crazy. The fit is great, and it seems there is no opening for snow or water to seep in (yeah). I haven't had a good winter boot in so many years, until now. My mom saw them and tried them on, now she wants a pair.

Perfect Snow Boot - I received my Bugabootoo's yesterday and I like them better than I thought I would. I didn't realize they would be so comfy inside! The ankle is hard, and the boot is clunky, but that's how snow boots are supposed to be! Hiking through snow in flimsy shoes just doesn't work, no matter how "cute" they might be. I love the style and the feel and I would definitely recommend buying them to anyone who lives in an area where it snows. I went through the entire winter last year without a pair of good snow boots. This year, I am prepared with my new Bugabootoo's! No more wet feet or slipping and falling. I bought these boots when they went on sale during the summer months…Thanks Zappos!

LOVE these Columbia boots! I bought these when the price dramatically dropped and whoa, what a bargain! I chose the white/blue, and they are a very pretty boot. I also went with an 8 1/2 which is a half size larger than my normal size, and am glad I did as they fit perfectly. As much as I dread winters in New England, I know my feet will be thanking me in these come next winter.

Great First Time Buy! Saw these in a catalog last season, but this season they were no longer listed. Found them here and let me say that ordering was easy and the transaction went smoothly from start to finish. The boots look and fit great! Now if only we would get some snow so that I can use them!

Great for Winter Sports- I got these for Christmas because I needed some boots for my snowshoes. They are perfect. I am a normal size 7 and I ordered a 7 1/2 because I like lots of room in my snow boots. They fit exactly as I had hoped- easy to slide into, but able to tighten perfectly with the laces. These boots are clunky and heavy- they are warm and strong- built more for use than fashion (though they are adorable!). If you're looking for a dainty, everyday boot, you may want to try something else.

Too small for heavy socks - I've found that with most Columbia boots you have to order at least 1/2 size up in order to wear thick socks.
