Mis-sized - Although the XL is supposed to be good to shoe size 15 (I'm a 13) one washing reduced its size fit to size 12, at best.

The Incredible Shrinking Sock - I love these socks - they breathe and do not cut into your leg (I have poor circulation). BUT they shrink in the wash! I thought I had bought the wrong size with mine until I read these reviews and now realize I did not but they are too small now! I think the company needs to do something about that fact, way too expensive to replace.

Smooth... These socks are very comfortable...I wear them with almost every type of running shoes, and they even work with my trail runners, but a bit thin. Great choice, especially the customer service at Zappos, replacing my order after some "klepto" took my original shipment!! Thanks, guys!!

Incredible Socks - Socks are just socks, right? That's what I thought until I bought these on an impulse. I just finished a 10 days trip walking a lot amidst flood-like conditions and these were wonderful. Thin, smooth, comfortable, lightweight, fast drying. I've gotten paranoid about them and won't let anyone in my house near my new favorite socks! One small problem: they do shrink a bit on first washing.

Great Pair(s) of Socks - Work takes us to Ghana and Borneo. Socks are really comfortable. The fact that they are quick drying comes in handy. Well-constructed! Great Value.

The sox are very comfortable, but I found the sensation of my foot sliding in my shoe rather disconcerting. I plan to put lotion or vaseline on my feet the next time I wear the socks to see if that helps. I'm training for a very long walk (60 miles over 3 days) so I really hope that these socks are the answer to NO BLISTERS.

Unfortunately, these socks shrink in the wash and the 2-ply lining seems to move around. I prefer the socks that have the arch band. I have had great luck with all of my other Zappos purchases however, this one was a disappointment.

Could Not Believe! One thing I found really annoying about running socks, was how thick they had to be, which always made my running shoes just a little too tight. When I saw these socks I thought they felt like dress socks, but let me tell you they are the best socks I ever wore. They perform well in all aspects of what I look for in a running sock.

Great socks! These socks are wonderful! They provided me with a long-overdue solution to persistent blisters from exercising or when I traveled to places where heavy walking was involved. They recently saved my latest trip to Disney World where you walk for 10-12 hours a day on unforgiving cement. The Coolmesh layer is an excellent blister barrier and kept my feet from being hot in my cross-trainers. My only grip is that the quarter style sits really low on the ankle. It's just a little too short for me, and I'd prefer a little higher coverage, but that's a small flaw. The other thing that I don't like about the socks is how dirty the soles seem to get after only a couple wearings. I've had the socks for only a month or two and the bottoms and sides are extremely dingy and dirty. Still, my feet are blister-free, so I won't complain too much!

The shrinking sock - I recently purchased a six pack of the Coolmesh Quarter Double layer sock in black. The socks have been washed once with a resulting shrinkage factor of approximately 35% which produces an uncomfortable fit and 'small' appearance. The sock also seems too thin to be effectively absorbent and cushioning.

A little oversized - Great socks for sweaty feet, but the size runs a little on the large side, washed in hot water seemed to fit better hubby liked them cause they dont cut him off at the ankle, in other words not too tight, just right, great sock!

These socks help my sweaty feet stay drier- I have always suffered from very sweaty, wet feet. These socks have helped with that and my feet are drier when I wear them. It is a little odd at first, with the sensation of having a double sock on, but I got used to it. It is counter-intuitive that the sock would keep me cooler, but it has.

The ULTIMATE "walker's" sock- Wrightsock's Coolmesh socks are what to wear if you're a casual walker or a budding marathoner. These socks fit snugly, but not tightly and bounce back after repeated washings. I haven't had a single blister since I started using this brand nearly two years ago.

Hope they wear as good as they look- I have a normal size 12 foot, so I ordered the large size in the color royal blue. But they are too small, so the next ones I ordered in X-large and they feel lots better. I wear ankle socks almost year around, and prefer thin socks. I also like some color in my socks which has been hard for me to find locally. Found you on the internet as I was going through some of my magazines so that's the reason I have ordered from you, along with the DeFeet brand.

LOVE THESE SOCKS!!!! I have ordered, and re-orded these socks. I LOVE them!!! No blisters from running or cycling. The wicking and double layers prevent all types of foot issues. All my pairs are in white, too, so "matching" is N/A. I also found a new use for these socks: wear as gloves on cold day jogs!!! I always keep two pairs in the glove compartment just in case someone shows up with too cold fingers. A++++++++++ all the way!

Faaaaaaantastic- I tried other socks like Bay Six, and Balega as well as Thorlos. Simply put, this is the best sock for running walking Frisbee tossing... whatever! I recently purchased a 6 pack from Zappos.com... they arrived quickly, and my feet are loving it. Thanks for the great service and super comfy socks.
