These are poorly made - I received these boots for Christmas and they were very comfortable. The problem is that after the first use, the one of the boot hooks broke off. I returned them and got another pair, thinking it was a fluke. The same defect happened a couple of weeks later. The riveting that holds the hooks a very flimsy. I'm going back to Sorell's.

Great Boot, Good Price - Just got these boots the other day and they feel and look great. I have always had Sorrells and was a bit skeptical about trying the North Face product, but the look and price were attractive so I gave them a shot (Zappos has free return shipping so what the heck). I already wore them for a day crashing around the muddy wet trails near my house and they felt good even after a full day of having them on. My feet stayed nice and warm (although it was not that cold, only 30F). Can't wait to see how they do during a day with the snowblower.
