I love these pants for their comfort and looks, and the proof is that I have 4 pairs in various states from very new to very worn out with holes. Why? because they are so versatile that they can be worn as casual/dress pants, work-out pants, gardening pants, walking the dog pants. You get the picture. \r\n\r\nI first purchased them from the REI store here in town, then discovered Zappos and ordered from them. Don\'t even have to go to the store anymore!

Truth in advertising - Just like most Patagonia products, these tights live up to preferences in exercise clothing. These tights are true to size, they don't shrink with multiple washings and they wear like iron. They will fade as does most black with multiple washings...that is my experience. I can make trips to the groc. store, live in them on the sofa and if the door bell rings, I know I look more "serene" than if I were hanging out in sweats, flopping around to the groc. store in sweats. Out with baggy sweats, in with serenity.

Patagonia Women's Serenity Tights - Someone at the gym recommended these pants not only for the gym but to wear as a casual pair of pants. I was looking for both and was not disappointed with the Serenity Tights! Very comfortable for yoga and they look great. Although my gym friend orders these directly from Patagonia, I checked Zappos for them. Not only were they less expensive at Zappos, no shipping charges AND they arrived LESS THAN 24 hours after I placed my order! Can't beat that.

Flattering and comfortable - Stretchy, these are great for workouts, also comfortable all day on an airplane, anywhere comfort (and I forgot to mention they really are flattering) and looking good count. (This is a replacement pair since my old pair is finally a little faded from hundreds of washes. (I'll still wear the old ones for workouts and at home.)

Great all-around pants - I have several of the Serenity Tights. They fit so well and they are so comfortable with the organic cotton stretch. I think that "tights" is somewhat misleading because they fit like straight leg pants. They could be used for something like yoga, but they are very nice looking for any everyday (or even dressier) wear.

I have two pairs of these pants. The waistband can be folded over or not. I don't like tight clothing around my waist, especially if I am exercising. These are very comfortable and look great with mules. I end up wearing them all day. I had to have them shortened, however, since they seem to run long.

Favorite pants - I already have a pair. I bought a gift for a friend and another pair for me. They are the most comfortable. Can be worn for exercise, around the house, to bed, and with a nice top - to town!

Very flattering and comfy. I loved these the minute I tried them on. I'm a size 6, and the small fits perfectly. They are form fitting without being tight. Now I just wish Zappos would get the Alpaca Brown color, because I want another pair.

Super comfy pant and nice fit - I ordered this pant based on the other reviews and it did not disappoint me. It fits very nice and looks nice for casual wear, runs true to size and washes well and keeps its shape.

Better than LL Bean - I used to think the LL Bean perfect pants were the best until I tried these. These pants are awesome. The fit is great and they wash up just fine. I line dry and fluff in the dryer. They do not shrink at all. You can wear them casual or dress them up. Love em.

Serenity - These pants could go anywhere simply by changing your shoes. I am a 4-6 and the small was perfect. They came out of the machine with only a slight touch-up with the iron. I did not dry them in the dryer. Have fun!

Perfect Pant - These are wonderful pants for walking, yoga and working out in the gym. I own eight pairs, all black, that I've acquired over several years. Very comfortable, sleek without looking tight, and they wear very well. The best all around workout pant I've ever owned.

Great and versatile - Really like these tights. They are great to travel with and use as active wear or to even put with casual tops and jackets. They wash and dry and keep their shape and color very well. Bought in three colors.
