Things keep falling out in sitting position because the pockets are too shallow and are attached to the interior of the pants. However, the small zippered pocket within the right pocket can somewhat mitigate that. Sweats do materialize after light activities in the sun. Moistures dry out fairly quickly and the pants feel very stuffy during the interim. On a nice, breezy day, the pants are perfect. They are constructed well. After frequent washes, the form and structure hold up.
