2nd pair a bust - Ok My second pair has totally turned me off of the Sunkosi. The heels have come unglued within the first 30 days. (Of course they aren't in the same condition, since they fell apart, so out of luck on a refund.) I wear them to clean swimming pools, so am only walking on grass, shell/sand, and concrete/pavers. I've gone back to the Elixer 5 and will be ordering the Keen brand to try out. I love Teva sandals, but this one doesn't hold up at all.

Sunkosi everyday wear - This is my second pair within 7 months. I wear them 6 days a week cleaning pools. They are very comfortable after you learn how to wear them. Loosen all the straps up; otherwise the cords will leave red sores on your feet. I get them wet every day. Teva should construct the shoes with anti-bacterial material to prevent the odor. I wash them in Odor-ban every couple weeks. It would also be nice to get replacement liners for the shoes. The mess on the bottom allows shell pieces to penetrate into the sole, but is great for drainage. First pair heels separated after 5 months. Have Gorilla glued a few times but gave in and ordered another pair until a better version comes along.

Great water/everyday shoe - This is a fantastic shoe for those who don't care for the look of the sandal/shoe hybrids. Great styling and comfort, they work great around town as well as in the water. My only gripe is that there is no anti-bacterial agent inside the footbed and since most people will wear it without socks, odor down the line could turn into a real problem. I recommend getting some socks made for women who wear heels that are extremely small on the foot to avoid odor and sweating problems. Also, you may want to order a half-size smaller than normal to ensure a good fit b/c you won't be wearing socks a lot of the time.

Great Alternative to Sandals & Gym shoes - I got these last summer and have wear them all the time. I think these are great shoes with or without socks. They are very comfortable and breathe easily. I've worn them bicycling too. If you get them wet, they dry very quickly. They are great for warm weather and even work in cold temps with socks. The only negative is if you don't want your feet to get wet and you encounter water/puddles, the shoes kind of absorb water easily. But, they dry quickly, so not that big of a deal. I've never gotten any blisters as a result. Great overall shoe and I would recommend! I have the orange and I'm looking to get the olive as a second pair. The lace system is great too.

Great shoes. This is a very good shoe for my needs. The only area of disappointment is the way the flap (covering the lace cinch) attaches. Rather than velcro, a metal snap is used to secure the flap. It is very hard to snap and release quickly. It seems like a poor design for an otherwise great shoe.

Great water oriented shoes - I gave this shoe 5 stars for everything, but I do something different with my shoe strings when I wear shoes, so it is un-comfortable when I wear these shoes without socks. I always tuck in my shoe strings. Also, like another review sand or small pebbles don't go through the mesh. I went to Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica and this shoe was great except the part when little pebbles went inside the shoe. Another thing, I wish this shoe didn't have that little flap with the button. I feel that there is no reason for it. I ordered a size 13 because that’s what my other shoes were, so I don't know if I should have ordered a 12 or what, because I had a little bit more room. Then again you are supposed to have room in your shoes right?

High Quality Activity Shoe - Very nice shoe. Comfortable and quick to put on - love the elastic laces. Really well designed with the side ventilation - keeps the feet from overheating... gets a little breezy in the colder Chicago weather though. Great color combination and the materials are all high quality. Teva has a good name and they live up to it with this well-constructed shoe!

Ah, a water shoe that is 95% there! After walking many beaches, I have finally found a shoe that will work for the surf. I used to wear my Keens but the sand kept loading up in the foot bed and made it uncomfortable to walk. This shoe solves 95% of that problem. All that’s left is to add is an ankle seal for perfection.

Looks rugged, but snuggles. I got this shoe primarily for its waterproof nature, because I am around swimming pools quite a bit and need a full cover and support shoe instead of a simple flip flop. This shoe is amazingly light yet supportive, and so easy to slip on, almost as easy as a flip flop. It wears great and makes you feel like you've got a much more rugged shoe on than how lightweight this shoe really is. I love it and highly recommend it.

Great shoes - I bought these shoes for my husband and me to wear in Cancun. Mine were a little big, I ordered a half size larger because they didn't have my size, but I kept them since they felt fine here around the house. I wore them to the beach, around the hotel, but finally their true destination was a day trip to Chichen Itza. They were great. I did begin to get a blister on my pinky toes, but had taken band aids just in case, being that they were still pretty brand new. My feet also began to get achy after walking around in them for a couple of hours. But for the extreme heat, and rain that we got, the subsequent mud we had to walk thru, they were perfect shoes. My Montrail hiking boots and wool socks would have been a bit more comfortable, they are really broken in! But hey, we were in Cancun and they would have been HOT to wear all day there! In these I was able to maneuver around on rocks with the agility of bare feet, but without the discomfort of being barefoot.

Great Shoe - I wanted a shoe that I can wear in the kayak (wet launchings) and around the put-in on rough ground and then wear home without changing and these fit the bill. They drain from the sole-very important in water shoes. Not all do. Never feel squishy or slide around on my foot. Very secure and fit true to size.

Great shoe - I rate this shoe as 4 stars for comfort since they are not the best for walking on asphalt. Otherwise, at the beach, in the yard, along the riverbank, etc, they are great.

Nice water shoes - Needed some new water shoes. These filled the bill perfectly. I like the firm sole. More of a shoe than a water shoe. Gives reassurance when wet. Great drainage. I have a tough foot to fit and had to upsize a bit but with the adjusting laces, had zero problems and zero chafing or any other issues. I sell shoes for a living and these get high marks from me.

Very neat shoe - I got these shoes for light hiking, walking, and bike riding. These shoes are very airy, lightweight, and provide plenty of room. They are also very eye-catching. I really enjoy them.
