Put it on and leave it on! This is the most versatile piece of Capilene I own, and I own several. It's perfect for rock climbing, running, and almost anything athletic. It won't leave silly farmer's tan arms that your girlfriend will make fun of. My only gripe is that it makes me look like a meathead when I hit the town, but that's to be expected with any tank top. Patagonia rules and Zappos get it to you FAST!
