Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
Great boots - My son loves his boots, I looked everywhere for this style but only found it at Zappos. I always shop at Zappos for all my shopping. Everyone is always nice to help me if I have to get another size. The boots do run small. Thank you Zappos.

Zappos - I ordered this boot for my granddaughter and she is just so exited about the cold weather coming. She can hardly wait to wear these shoes, all I hear is "I love these shoes grandma". I would like to comment on your customer service department. They are so helpful and polite. As my daughter says, "they are over the top with customer service". Thank you again and we will be ordering again soon.

Great Boot - The boot is comfortable and wears well. The rugged sole is great for the youth who can be hard on boots. Timberland is a great boot that will last forever.
