Good design - The Mountainsmith's Sprint Lumbar is very comfortable in the most extreme heat because of the design to keep the pack away from your lower back by use of the brace and sweat does not form as it does in others. The waist strap does slip while running and should have been a secured with velcro. The pocket to hold a large iPod is too small and is not accessible while running.
