The stupidest boot - I have to wonder at the genius who came up with this kind of closure - it takes forever to put these boots on or take them off! Comfort is also dubious, as the top fits quite snugly, and thus impedes the movement of the leg. Oh, and I didn't care for the white specks in the rubber - upon opening the box, first thought was, these boots have been worn! Nor does this kind of sole look good. Overall, the brown boots look much more stylish in the picture, and the black looks crappy both on the picture and in reality.

Happy camper - The shoes are great and fit perfectly; though, you might want thick socks for temps under 20 degrees. But other than that, I say go buy them.

Great urban hiker shoe - I had purchased the Keen Juneau a couple of weeks before I saw these. The Timberlands are a closer fit and with the Smartwool liners make it a good all around shoe to walk, light hike or shop. The topstitching gives it a bit of a nordic/alpine look to"dress" it up a bit. The shoes are super light and seem to float along with your feet. Really recommend these shoes for long walks and standing on your feet all day. The straps are different and take a little time to get use to the pull to get them off but haven't stretched out the straps at all.

Perfect - I was looking for a low heeled, waterproof boot that didn't look bulky and would keep my bad knees comfortable. This boot does the job. It's casual without being clumpy and provides good support to the feet. Highly recommend.

These are great - Overall this is a good shoe. I love how my feet just feel so comfortable in them. My job requires me to be out in all types of weather and I must say these shoes are holding up well.
