Unfortunate disappointment with Columbia - I recently purchased these boots for my 2 year old daughter for the winters in Philadelphia and upstate NY. However, the boots were very difficult for my daughter to get into. She wears a size 7.5, and the size 8 wool liner was too tight. And then to just wear the boot without the liner was still too difficult to put her foot into. I still trust Columbia's quality, but this boot just didn't work out.

Ahhhhhhhmazingly comfortable & affordable - I bought these boots for my 3 year old daughter and she loves them. I bought them just in time because just a few days after getting them we had a snow storm. She wanted to stay out in them all day. So if you’re looking for comfy boots for the little ones from a respectable company at a GREAT PRICE COLUMBIA'S ARE THE WAY TO GO. Especially in the unpredictable winter weather. Wonderful Boots! I ordered these boots for my daughter who LOVES playing outside in the snow. It was very important to have good traction, warmth, and protection from wet feet. These boots not only are cute, but provide all of the above features and my daughter loves them. The color is great, too! We get a ton of compliments on them being cute. Also, the fact that you can tighten the tops to keep out deep snow is great. You can even tighten around the ankle to make sure when your little one steps in snow that the boot won't get pulled off. I will definitely buy Columbia boots for her again. Thanks Zappos!

Mother selected, kid approved - These are a great boot for the kid who is in and out of a wet, snowy and/or cold environment frequently- boots made well, stand up to heavy use and are easy to put on and take off. The toggle closure at the top is a bit challenging for my 5 year old- but even at maximal looseness at the top this boot is highly effective. In addition to the comfort, my daughter loves the blue color. Luminous.

Bought for 2 yr old adrenaline junkie - My 2 yo granddaughter lives in Seattle and lives for snow to ride on her sled. We wanted her warm because she certainly cried if she had to come in out of the snow.
