Correctional Sergeant - I ordered my first pair of the Magnum's Midnight Plus II 6" in January of 2006. They felt great on my feet from the minute I put them on. I ordered my second pair in 2007 just in case something happened to my first pair. I am on my feet 12.25 hours a day and most days I am constantly on the go. I have tried many different kinds of tactical boots but these are the best so far. I wear them to work every day and I wear then each time I go to training. I need a wide shoe due to wearing thick socks and having ankle surgery 10 years ago. These shoes have been great even on my left foot were I had the surgery.

Not slip resistant in a commercial kitchen - Shoe is pretty comfortable - looks good enough for a boot - does not offer enough slip resistance in the restaurant kitchen for me to wear to work - oh well....

Awesome boot - This boot is great. Great traction. Great feel. Only suggestion is to order half or whole size smaller. But other wise great shoe boot.

Best work boot I've ever worn!!! I work in law enforcement and have to be on my feet for extended periods of time. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I have a wide foot and these boots are very comfortable because they are wide enough.

EXCELLENT WALKING BOOT - This boot is EXCELLENT!! I purchased a 5 1/2 M. It has EXCELLENT support for the ankles and feet with lots of room for the toes wearing medium thick socks. Very comfortable wearing them all day with NO pain. What a difference. Great walking boot. I am one HAPPY CAMPER with these boots.

Perfect work boots - I am a corrections officer and these boots are perfect for work. They look great they feel great by far better than average work boots.

Comfortable shoe for work - I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes were right from the beginning. They are wide for a medium width shoe; however they provide space for a thicker sock. I think the extra width makes these shoes look more utilitarian than stylish but they are a great shoe and I would recommend them to anyone looking for immediate comfort.
