I am sorry to report that this shoe was a huge disappointment. When I received them they felt a full size too small. I returned them for a larger size and they still feel too small. The area that touches right above my little toe rubs and blisters, as does my heel. Also the area that touches above my big toe digs in and blisters. I seriously love these shoes (so pretty), but I have not been able to break them in.

Yes, these are super-duper cute, but the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have owned in a long time, and I wear heels to work. They have little arch support, rub on the heel, and are tight in the toe box.

Very cute and comfy shoe. After reading other reviews I purchased a full size up and it fits perfectly. It is a little tight on the top above the big toe, but it seems to have gotten better with wear.

So sad! Only good thing I can say about this shoe is it's very cute! I ordered this shoe in an 8 and 7 1/2. The 8 was too big, didn't hug my heel so it felt like it was going to slip off. 7 1/2 too short feeling and cut into the top of my foot as did the size 8. I ended up putting in a orthotics from Dr. Scholl's to add cushion and arch support which then really cut into the top part of my foot in the size 8- which sets your heel up higher so it feels odd. Unfortunately, I wore the 8 with a new pair of dark colored jeans around the house and the dye from the jeans wore onto the shoe so I have to keep them. Otherwise they would go back!

I absolutely LOVE Keen shoes, and so I was so VERY disappointed to have to return these shoes. I own three other pairs of Keens, and they are my favorite shoes. But these came a LOT narrower than my other pairs, so I had to give them up. I could not even get them on without a struggle and then they were so uncomfortable. Wish they would have worked out as they are cuter in person than online!! If they only came wider like the others :(

Cool, but a little small for me - I usually wear an 8.5 wide. Keen doesn't have wide sizes, so I ordered a 9. They were super cute I thought...the Mr. at first thought they were "stupid" but then acknowledged "I guess sort of cute in a granola-girl kinda way". What do guys know? They were a tiny bit narrow in the toe box and a tiny bit short, my big toe was up against the inside forward lip, so I will send them back but re-order in a 1/2 size up. I am a medical professional on my feet all day and I could tell they would be perfect just a little bit larger. I think they're cute and worth it...good cute, comfy, quality everyday shoes.

Keen Sienna Ballerina--Only good looking! I recently bought this product for my USUAL size (8). Somehow it was too short for my feet. So I exchanged it with an 8.5 which is my boot size with Keen. Amazingly, it did not fit either. For a last attempt I returned it and ordered a 9 which finally fit my feet. Even though these shoes look very comfortable, they are not at all. The shoe sole is very thin and without cushion. Hence, you feel every little stone when you walk. The length still only tightly fits; especially the part on the big toe which is covered by the extension of the rubber sole hits the big toe. But it is a very nice and sweet pair of shoes. I have always liked and worn Keen boots. This is my first Keen shoes! In the future I might buy another pair after only trying them on! Warmly, Zeynep

Very cute and comfortable, but no arch support - I really like this shoe. I bought it in the mineral blue color and it goes well with just about everything. The one drawback is that there is NO arch support (at least for my feet). I get/have plantar fasciitis and I had to get some arch support orthotics to put in the shoe. The orthotics will come in handy for other shoes, so no big deal, but just know that if you tend to pronate in, you definitely will with this shoe. Oh, and I am a 6.5 and ordered a 7 and they fit.

It IS a cute shoe, but it has no arch support and it does not stay on my feet. My feet were killing me at the end of every day, so I threw them away. (I do have trouble finding comfortable shoes- Earth dress shoes have been the answer for me.)

Oddly short! This is an odd shoe. I ordered two sizes from Zappos. 10.5 and 11 ( I wear a 9.5-10 but heard they ran small) and in both cases my poor little toes were jammed up right to the top. Looks cute but fit is so weird...they are both going back. Sorry!

Fab shoe, little looser around the toes but still great. I love the look and color (plum) of this shoe. The only complaint is that it’s a bit too tight around the toes, but nothing terrible and no blisters (after wearing it all day multiple days).

Darling little skimmer! Lightweight, slipper-like, cute as can be, can walk comfortably in 'em at work. They are also a little dressier and not at all "clunky", like some of the Keen styles. Look great with jeans. I'm wearing them without socks, so they look more like a ballet flat, but a light sock works, too. Only fitting problem I experienced was a rubbing at the inside of the opening (toe end on left shoe only). They also feel a bit loose, like I'm going to step right out of them, but amazingly, they stay on very well. I have a wide, size 9.5 -10 foot and the size 10 fit fine. LOVE THEM!

These Dockers Groves are unbelievably comfortable. I wish they made them in black. If anything could change, it would be to have a bit less shine.

Disappointing - Oh Keen, what went wrong? My feet are a mess, and Keens are usually the only brand of shoe that I can comfortably wear all day (I have 4 other pairs). I was so excited for a cute flat, but these just don't fit like other Keens do; they're much narrower across the ball of the foot, the arch is farther back, there's less padding, and they run quite small. I sent them back.

Now that I've tried this shoe, I'm puzzled about all the positive reviews. Sorry Zappos, they are on their way back and once again I'll be getting the Ugg. My feet are sensitive and I also recently had surgery for a Morton's neuroma. The Modesto fit fine but, in my opinion, the uppers were stiff and the insole too hard for the soles of my feet. The waffled footbed actually made my feet burn, maybe from friction. If you also like a truly soft insole, stick with Uggs.

Great shoe, but color not as pictured - I ordered this shoe yesterday and received it today. I went up 1/2 size based on other reviews (I am normally an 8 and ordered 8.5). The shoe is quite roomy--I probably could've stuck with the 8--but I don't mind the extra space b/c I am 7 months pregnant and anticipating some swelling in my feet. Despite the roominess up front, it seems to hug my heel well. I've only worn it around the house so far, so I can't speak to its long-term comfort.

I love these shoes and always receive compliments on them. However, they run about a 1/2 size large. I consistently wear a size 10, but step all the way out of these if I wear hose or tights. I would suggest ordering them a 1/2 size smaller than you usually wear.

I love these boots!!! They are extremely comfortable and look way more expensive than an under $200 boot. The boots run a half-size large, so be sure to order down. I have normal-wide feet, and this pair fit me perfectly. I also have a larger calf, and the shaft fit snugly but not overly so. I'm not sure I could wear them over jeans, but they definitely fit over tights. You will not be disappointed if you purchase these boots.

Little snug - Very cute shoe however not the same comfort as other Keens I have purchased. They seem to run a bit small and narrow which seems unusual for this brand but after some stretching around the top, I think they are going to be a nice cool weather shoe for casual wear.

Cute casual flat - Love the purple color in this shoe! Very stylish and I got compliments the first time I wore them. Thought I could order up a 1/2 size and be okay based on the other reviews, but even the 1/2 size was slightly too short. My toes bumped up against the front of the shoe with each step. Ordering up a full size did the trick. The toe of the shoe does curl up a bit which feels a bit odd and it rubs in a couple of places, but I'm hoping this will go away after they are broken in. By the way, I had ordered another pair of shoes from a different on-line retailer the same time I ordered the first pair of Keens. I received my second pair of exchanged Keens from Zappos before getting the first pair of shoes from that other retailer. Thanks for the shipping upgrade. Zappos rocks!

Awesome shoes! I LOVE these shoes! Overall, Keen is one of my favorite brands for comfortable durable shoes, and these shoes stayed true to the Keen brand for me. They are so cute and really comfortable. I didn't have to break them in at all. I'm very happy with my purchase, and after reading some of the other reviews I ordered a half size up from my normal size. The shoes fit perfect.

Own 2 other styles - these cute, but not as comfy - I own Keen's Calistoga mary janes and Venice water shoes -- I live in them. But these ballerina flats aren't nearly as comfy. I've worn them for several months, not a lot, but I still get blisters after 5 or more hours -- the break-in period is apparently still not over. But, better than many other flats for comfort.

Cute - not as comfortable as I had hoped! Fun, fun, fun pair of Keen shoes. I have the black and they look great. However, I get blisters every time I wear them for more than 15 minutes. They rub at the heel and on the outside of each shoe. I'm sad because I really love these - I am going to try another style!

Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Great shoe, but color not as pictured - I ordered this shoe yesterday and received it today. I went up 1/2 size based on other reviews (I am normally an 8 and ordered 8.5). The shoe is quite roomy--I probably could've stuck with the 8--but I don't mind the extra space b/c I am 7 months pregnant and anticipating some swelling in my feet. Despite the roominess up front, it seems to hug my heel well. I've only worn it around the house so far, so I can't speak to its long-term comfort.

I love these shoes and always receive compliments on them. However, they run about a 1/2 size large. I consistently wear a size 10, but step all the way out of these if I wear hose or tights. I would suggest ordering them a 1/2 size smaller than you usually wear.

I love these boots!!! They are extremely comfortable and look way more expensive than an under $200 boot. The boots run a half-size large, so be sure to order down. I have normal-wide feet, and this pair fit me perfectly. I also have a larger calf, and the shaft fit snugly but not overly so. I'm not sure I could wear them over jeans, but they definitely fit over tights. You will not be disappointed if you purchase these boots.

Little snug - Very cute shoe however not the same comfort as other Keens I have purchased. They seem to run a bit small and narrow which seems unusual for this brand but after some stretching around the top, I think they are going to be a nice cool weather shoe for casual wear.

Cute casual flat - Love the purple color in this shoe! Very stylish and I got compliments the first time I wore them. Thought I could order up a 1/2 size and be okay based on the other reviews, but even the 1/2 size was slightly too short. My toes bumped up against the front of the shoe with each step. Ordering up a full size did the trick. The toe of the shoe does curl up a bit which feels a bit odd and it rubs in a couple of places, but I'm hoping this will go away after they are broken in. By the way, I had ordered another pair of shoes from a different on-line retailer the same time I ordered the first pair of Keens. I received my second pair of exchanged Keens from Zappos before getting the first pair of shoes from that other retailer. Thanks for the shipping upgrade. Zappos rocks!

Awesome shoes! I LOVE these shoes! Overall, Keen is one of my favorite brands for comfortable durable shoes, and these shoes stayed true to the Keen brand for me. They are so cute and really comfortable. I didn't have to break them in at all. I'm very happy with my purchase, and after reading some of the other reviews I ordered a half size up from my normal size. The shoes fit perfect.

Own 2 other styles - these cute, but not as comfy - I own Keen's Calistoga mary janes and Venice water shoes -- I live in them. But these ballerina flats aren't nearly as comfy. I've worn them for several months, not a lot, but I still get blisters after 5 or more hours -- the break-in period is apparently still not over. But, better than many other flats for comfort.

Cute - not as comfortable as I had hoped! Fun, fun, fun pair of Keen shoes. I have the black and they look great. However, I get blisters every time I wear them for more than 15 minutes. They rub at the heel and on the outside of each shoe. I'm sad because I really love these - I am going to try another style!
