Great shoes!!! I bought this shoe in the tan and light blue and have worn it non-stop. It's very comfortable and I have had no problems with the heel like I had read about in other reviews. The velcro makes it easy to adjust. I'll buy this again in another color for fall!

Not as comfortable as I had hoped - After wearing these off and on for a month, they still hurt my feet by the end of the day. It is small annoyances like by the little toe where they are still chafing. I have to say I love the look of the shoe but I would not buy them again.

Nice shoes - Great looking shoes. They were the most comfortable shoes I had ever put on when I first got them... and after an hour or so of walking around in them, the backs of my heels were worn raw (which is a huge bummer because the shoes are so expensive and had a lot of promise for comfort). So, now I have sores on the backs of both heels and can't wear them anymore without bandaids. I'm sure this wouldn't be the case for everyone, but those with sensitive feet... be cautious.

Love it! I ordered 1/2 size larger as several reviewers had suggested. These feel great! I love the fit. I especially love the cushy footbed. The straps are not only stylish, but they make for easy in and out (they velcro shut on both sides) and a custom fit. I love these.

Great fit - After breaking my leg, my left foot has been very swollen. These shoes fit great and are so comfortable, but best of all, you can adjust the width to fit a very swollen foot!!! They look great, too!

Looked great on but did NOT work for my feet. Since I discovered J41's I have been hooked (as well as hooked on Zappos). I had seen this on a traveler in shorts at the airport and recalled seeing them online. They looked so cute on her, and appeared to be a good traveling comfortable shoe, but this little flat seemed to run either too narrow for me or did not have enough height in the vamp. Unfortunately it was easy to make the decision to return them. Fortunately, Zappos makes that process a piece of cake!

Adorable! I've gotten so many compliments on these shoes, and they're super comfy. There was one hotspot, just because of the weird way my feet are shaped, but other than that they're great.

The J-41 Aquarius - I ordered this shoe because I thought it was so cute. I was also happy that it was made from recyclable materials, since I try to be very “green” conscious. When I received it and tried it on, and walked around with it on, it was not as comfortable as it looked, and as I was hoping. I cannot wear it all day that is for sure. When I take it off, I usually have red marks on my feet, where the straps were irritating.

BLISTERS... Zappos got these to me in UNDER 24 hours! Awesome. And I got blisters within 24 hours of wearing them. A lot of cash for shoes I'll never wear again. I think it might be the odd straps and how they allow the shoe to move around and rub.

Cute shoes but not perfect. I like these a lot, but was disappointed that the so called "removable insole" is not actually removable. The "leather" insole caused my feet to sweat when worn without socks. I decided to replace it with my favorite Spenco insole, but had to literally tear the original one out to do that. The shoes feel better now, but I wouldn't have purchased them had I known what a hassle that would be.

J-41 Aquarius - Great looking. Insole is so comfortable. Straps are very adjustable. Only discomfort is a spot, where the front panel and right side panel of shoe meet, that rubs a lot by the end of the day, that feels like it gives me a blister and a bruise. I’m hoping somehow, this problem goes away, after they break in, since I wore them all day before discovering this problem.

Cute but not well made! Love the look of this shoe, fits great but I got a few blisters on the tops of my feet. (And I even have narrow feet...) BUT... I have had this shoe 4 months and the sole split down the middle (widthwise) and completely separated from the shoe. It flops around now and is held on with electrical tape! Under the sole is paper with a cute design, maybe the paper + recycled rubber combo doesn't hold together well.

Good travel shoe choice! I travel quite a bit, but am always at a loss when it comes to packing the perfect shoe. I am planning a 1 month trip to Thailand, and think these shoes will be the perfect mix of light/airy but also providing the walking support I need for a full day on the go. Super comfortable, DO seem to run a bit big. I originally ordered a 10, my normal size...but because I have a narrow foot, I had to pull the straps very tight in order to make the shoe stay on. I was worried that the Velcro might give out, so I called Zappos and they overnighted me a 9.5, which works perfectly. PS: This is the first order I've ever placed with Zappos, but I will definitely be placing more because I was so pleasantly surprised with their awesome customer service!

I love these! I needed a comfy supportive walking shoe for two-weeks in Europe in hot/muggy weather that didn't look like a running shoe - these were excellent! They're adjustable for long plane rides (swollen feet) and were fantastic for long days of walking on cobblestone streets with great arch support and cushioning for my narrow/flat/bony feet. I find any occasion I can to wear them - great find for any casual wear and more protective than flip-flops! Zappos, as always, was amazing in delivery and service!

Awesome - I have only worn these shoes for short periods so far but bought them for vacation which I soon will be on. So far, I love them. I have very problem feet and wear custom orthotics in a pair of SAS shoes for work. I have not found any shoes that my orthotics fit in that are comfortable. I was desperate to find something that I could wear on vacation with capri pants. These shoes are well padded and are comfortable. I have one foot that is a half size larger than other so having the straps across the top I can get a custom fit with each foot. I always have to have a shoe that ties or has a strap. I also have bony, shallow feet and these fit my foot perfect. I love them! I don't really like the look of athletic shoes and these are much cuter and are comfortable. Thanks to Zappos I don't have to run all over the place looking for shoes. Thank you for your fast service as always.

So comfortable!! These shoes saved me when I went touring in Israel! My feet are very flat and the built-in arch kept my feet from hurting after walking all day. I wore them without socks all day as well, and even when my feet expanded from the heat, the straps didn't dig in. Also, since the straps are adjustable, they are even more comfy. I highly recommend these and look forward to my next pair of J-41s!!

Nice, but not a lot of support and blister-prone - Love the look, but I couldn't do a lot of walking on city streets in these (only Dansko and other athletic shoes are good for the long haul past 20 min.) and the ball of the foot area is where I get blisters - baby powder helps with that. Nice to wear w/capris & dresses, though - instead of heels.

Awesome customer service!!!!!!! This was my first purchase from Zappos. I ordered these shoes for our vacation and they are so cute. The first (and only) time that I wore them, they left blisters all over my feet. I ordered my regular size of 8 1/2 and that was a 1/2 size too large. Of course, I did not realize it until I wore them. I contacted Zappos via their live help to see if I had any options. The CS rep. was a great help. He exchanged them for me for a 1/2 size smaller and upgraded me to next day shipping. I truly appreciate his help and I definitely recommend Zappos to anyone looking for shoes. I know I will be back. Thanks again!!!! And remember, if you like these shoes---a 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear. Save yourself some pain.

Love them. I never pay this much for a pair of shoes. Felt impulsive. And, well, this time I'm not complaining. I liked them so much I bought a funky pair of J-41 boots! My only comfort issue is that the ankle support sometimes digs into my ankle causing an ouch. However, I believe that will soften over time.

I'm in love! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I bought 2 pair and may never take them off! I have a narrow foot and I bought my normal size. They are roomy, but the straps make them feel secure. They also make my feet look smaller.

This shoe is so comfortable I was able to hike for miles and still look cute with ultimate comfort. I took it in a size 8.5 when I usually wear a size 9. I had a problem with the velcro and the company stood behind its shoe and has made me a customer for life.

I like the styling of this shoe very much. I was looking for something that felt as comfy as a sneaker with more attractive looks. This shoe definitely fits the bill AFTER the initial break in period. One shoe wore a terrible blister on the back of my foot the first time wearing them. I was hobbled, but optimistic that they would ultimately work out. I was also unwilling to give up because they are very cute shoes! Anyway, they are now very comfortable and I can walk all day in them. I get compliments on them all the time.

So comfortable!! These shoes saved me when I went touring in Israel! My feet are very flat and the built-in arch kept my feet from hurting after walking all day. I wore them without socks all day as well, and even when my feet expanded from the heat, the straps didn't dig in. Also, since the straps are adjustable, they are even more comfy. I highly recommend these and look forward to my next pair of J-41s!!

Nice, but not a lot of support and blister-prone - Love the look, but I couldn't do a lot of walking on city streets in these (only Dansko and other athletic shoes are good for the long haul past 20 min.) and the ball of the foot area is where I get blisters - baby powder helps with that. Nice to wear w/capris & dresses, though - instead of heels.

Awesome customer service!!!!!!! This was my first purchase from Zappos. I ordered these shoes for our vacation and they are so cute. The first (and only) time that I wore them, they left blisters all over my feet. I ordered my regular size of 8 1/2 and that was a 1/2 size too large. Of course, I did not realize it until I wore them. I contacted Zappos via their live help to see if I had any options. The CS rep. was a great help. He exchanged them for me for a 1/2 size smaller and upgraded me to next day shipping. I truly appreciate his help and I definitely recommend Zappos to anyone looking for shoes. I know I will be back. Thanks again!!!! And remember, if you like these shoes---a 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear. Save yourself some pain.

Great fit - sleek and cute. Oh so comfy, too, but after only 2 or 3 brief wearings, the nylon near the toes is already starting to split/fray.

Love them. I never pay this much for a pair of shoes. Felt impulsive. And, well, this time I'm not complaining. I liked them so much I bought a funky pair of J-41 boots! My only comfort issue is that the ankle support sometimes digs into my ankle causing an ouch. However, I believe that will soften over time.

I'm in love! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I bought 2 pair and may never take them off! I have a narrow foot and I bought my normal size. They are roomy, but the straps make them feel secure. They also make my feet look smaller.

This shoe is so comfortable I was able to hike for miles and still look cute with ultimate comfort. I took it in a size 8.5 when I usually wear a size 9. I had a problem with the velcro and the company stood behind its shoe and has made me a customer for life.

I like the styling of this shoe very much. I was looking for something that felt as comfy as a sneaker with more attractive looks. This shoe definitely fits the bill AFTER the initial break in period. One shoe wore a terrible blister on the back of my foot the first time wearing them. I was hobbled, but optimistic that they would ultimately work out. I was also unwilling to give up because they are very cute shoes! Anyway, they are now very comfortable and I can walk all day in them. I get compliments on them all the time.
