Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
At last! After a long search I've finally found these are the best boots for my 7EE feet. (I ordered a 7.5D.) The width is great, even with medium thickness Smartwool socks and silk liners. The construction is superb and the sole seems especially grippy. I feel like a tank in these boots; nothing is going to get in my way! I also like that they have a more European look vs. sneaker-style boots.

These are the best boots I have ever owned... just order at least a half-size longer than usual. I have very narrow feet and have to wear two pairs of thick socks in the medium width... but at least that handles it. Other brands would still be too wide. Best of all... the construction is excellent and the soles stick to loose rock and gravel like magic (essential on steep routes), all the way around including toe... no more slipping, sliding. Comfortable and never a hot spot, right out of the box.

Good Boot - This is a very sturdy boot with great ankle and arch support. After two weeks of break in, I tested them with a 60+ mile backpacking trip. They are wonderfully grippy and waterproof, but did give me a few hot spots. I'd definitely recommend them though. :)
