Pro Athlete Review - These shoes are the ultimate in versatility. Why? Here's what you can use them for: 1) Setting routes 7 days a week. Super comfy, durable, and just about as sticky as your favorite plastic crushers. 2) Styling at local crag, bar, office, gym, or wherever else you may roam. They just look cool, even when you aren't climbing. 3) Climbing! They climb quite well for approach shoes. Granted they probably aren't the best choice for your super-sick-nar-nar route/boulder/rock wrassle, they will certainly allow you to cruise up your warm-ups without a hitch. The heel is my favorite part because it sticks so well. So, whether it be climbing, walking, strutting, setting, or just looking cool for the casual onlooker, these light-weight tanks utilize the Stealth Mystique™ rubber compound with a new manufacturing process that extends the sole into a thin toe and rand wrap to protect the forefoot. I love using these things for deep-water soloing too because they dry so quick.

Great shoe for all around use - I originally got these shoes as something I could wear both around campus and out at the crag. Since then I've found myself wearing them for everything. The rubber sticks like crazy-perfect for approaches and even light-climbing. Comfort wise they are excellent. They are a bit flat so I wouldn't recommend them if you're going to be standing all day but otherwise they fit like a sock. They do feel snug, but that makes them all the more enjoyable to climb in. Stylistically they can pass for any social occasion. A great choice for a lighter, less bulky approach shoe. Couldn't ask for better for Parkour or other party tricks.

Cool shoe, way off on size! I wear an 11, I couldn't even get these shoes (marked US 11) on. I gave them to an employee that wears an 8 1/2, they fit him great. I ordered them to use for hiking and mt. biking, look as though they would work well for both.

Great shoe but runs small! This is a very light and comfortable approach shoe. However, in my case, I needed a full size larger than usual. They run very small, even in comparison to other Five Tens.

Non Casual? I was first told that this is a non casual shoe, and that I couldn't use it on an everyday basis despite it being listed as an approach shoe. Nothing could be farther from the truth as this new rubber grips to most surfaces; it is extremely breathable and quick drying. This will be my casual shoe for the rest of the year, from climbing to just plain hanging w/the homies. And Zappos sent it to me days in advance b/c they value me as a customer, I will be back come winter.

Great all around shoe - This is the first Five-Ten non-climbing shoe that I have bought so I was a little skeptical at first. The biggest problem was wondering if the shoe would fit true to size since climbing shoes are usually quite snug. I decided to try it and wasn't disappointed. The shoe looks great, fits great and is comfortable. I would recommend it to friends and would buy this shoe and other Five-Ten shoes in the future.
