OK, but not as soft... I thought the bed of this sandal would be a bit softer, but it's pretty hard. I've got a bone spur, so am very careful about the shoes I wear. There's good support, but it's not as cushy as I would've liked it to be. Toe strap is comfy - no break in period. It's just a bit stiff.
