You Wear Them And They Will Look - The Keen Brank offers a wider shoe than most and this is what I need. They have great looks and comfort and you get great looks from other people who will ask you the brand. They also give great support. Keep up the good work.

So nice, I bought them twice! I am not usually quick to give an item five stars. I can usually find at least one thing wrong with almost anything. However, these shoes have definitely earned their five stars. In fact, this is the second pair of the same shoe (different color) that I buy. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I think I've ever owned. The great thing is that they feel great right out of the box. It's almost as if someone broke them in for me. They feel light and spongy when you walk in them. Yet they feel extremely sturdy and my feet feel very protected. You can walk for hours in them with no aches or pains. I would definitely recommend this shoe to anyone who's thinking about buying them.

Great for Euro-trekking! These were my only pair of shoes while spending a month in Eastern Europe! We did a LOT of walking, including some light hiking, and these were perpetually comfortable! Like most Keens the toe box is extremely roomy, but the shoe still felt secure. I bought them in the Stone Grey color, which looks good with blacks or browns and can be dressed up or just worn with a t-shirt and jeans. These are definitely the most comfortable shoes I have and I plan to get another pair in a different color. Great service and fast shipping from Zappos as always. Highly recommended!

Great shoe right out of the box! I received my Austin's in 1 day thanks to Zappos' fantastic service! I'm wearing these to work today and after a walk around the plant, all I can say is COMFORTABLE! These shoes require no break in. The fit is very secure but not tight. The wider toe area not only looks cool but fits well. Shoe laces are a little on the short side but not too short for me. This is a great shoe; I will be purchasing more Keens. Thanks again Zappos for your superb service.

The Keen Austin - Zappos service, as usual was excellent and I actually received the shoes much sooner than I expected. In every way the Austin’s were wonderful. Other than high praise for the company and the product, the only comment I would share is that the laces were so too short to be easily tied. Zappos made a small price adjustment so that I could buy longer laces without additional cost.

Great Shoes, But Trouble With Insoles - I love these shoes, I really do. I walk around NYC all day and that's just what these shoes are made for. Unfortunately, after a week or so I developed a big blister on my right big toe (no problem on the left foot). I believe it was the funky molding of the included insoles, which are raised in areas, as opposed to being smooth like most insoles. I replaced them with new insoles and so far so good... I hope it works out because otherwise these shoes are really awesome.

A most awesome shoe - The Austin is not a beautiful shoe by any stretch of the imagination, but most likely the most comfortable new shoe I have ever put on my feet. Time will tell how well it will hold up, but it makes a very sturdy impression.

True Love - I used to swear by Borns until I tried these. These are, bar none, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, even right out of the box. I'm online now to buy other colors because I'm going to wear this pair out in no time.

A great city walker - I walk about 3 miles a day on hard city pavement and I'm truly impressed with the Austins. They're well made and provide a lot of support and cushioning. I use arch supports and the Austins feel like they were made to accommodate them. They're a very comfortable shoe and they look good.

My left foot is slightly smaller than my right so the support that runs along the toes felt like it wasn't hitting correctly on the left at first. After about two weeks this was no longer an issue. I now find these shoes very comfortable and often wear them around the house for awhile after coming home from a 10 hour work shift. I walk all day on work on concrete covered by a thin layer of carpet and my feet never become sore. My foot never slides forward in these shoes like they did in the Born Toledo's I tried because the anatomical last seems to fit my foot very well and holds it in place. The traction on the bottom of these shoes is the best I have ever had in casual dress shoes! These are like Velcro on carpet and I feel very sure footed outdoors as well. I haven't had them through a Michigan winter yet but I'm sure they will be great. I like them so much I may buy a brown pair so I don't wear these out to fast.

Really like my Keen Austins - These shoes are great b/c they're comfortable and casual, but you can get away with them in more business like settings, if you have to. I was really pleased at the degree of arch support. But it is taking a bit of time to get used to the oversized toe box, which makes them feel very wide in front. I wouldn't say this makes them less comfortable or makes them fit worse, it's just different from shoes I'm used to.

Great walking shoe - Very comfortable footbed, with a nice wide toe box, protected by the trademark Keen rubber toe bumper--maybe not the apex of style, but very practical. The unpolished leather finish is a great casual look, and seems to resist dirt well. The laces are a bit short, which is a bit of a pain.

Great shoe for wide feet! I own 5 pair of Keen and have been happy with all but 1 pair (the Humbolt, need to check spelling on that). They feel apart really fast. All other pairs seem to be lasting a while.

Great shoe; bought 2 - Bought these for myself. I'm not really a tennis shoe lover, so these fit the bill for me. So comfortable that I wound up getting a pair for my sister AND my husband. Needless to say, they are both thrilled with the purchase. These shoe will wear a long LONG time. Great fit, plenty of wiggle room in the toe. The only negative I could say is that the bottom is a little thin for cold months. Sitting at the football games (in Berkeley) I could feel that cold cement coming up through the shoe. But for mild hikes, walking around, no problem.

The comfortable fit - Just what I wanted. The fit was right and the comfort is incredible. The look is a little getting used to, but overall it's a great shoe.

Great shoe for work or play - This is one tough shoe. I average a pair of shoes every three months but I think this will be the last pair I buy for a while. I’m very happy with the comfort and the overall ruggedness as well as the style. I'm very impressed with Keens and I think I will be buying more of them when I need shoes. They seem like they may run a little big but it's hard to tell as they are nice and wide and have a very good size toe box. There was no break in required, I put them on out of the box and that was it, I forgot I even had them on.

I'm wearing Keen forever - The most comfortable shoe I've ever had. Sucks up to the bottom of my foot in all areas and stays there, providing the exact right amount of cushion and support. What else do you want to know?

The Austin: Great Shoe For Austin - I was in the last stages of getting ready for a trip to Austin, Texas and needed a new pair of Keens. I wasn't able to find the right pair in a bricks-and-mortar store, so I tried Zappos for the first time. Naturally, when I saw the Austin, I knew I had to try it out. It's a great shoe - very comfortable and stylish though a little stiffer at the top than my other pairs of Keens. This makes taking it on and off and tying it slightly harder, but only slightly.

Ready for adventure! I bought these shoes for a family vacation to Southern Cal. They performed beautifully! I have a wide foot so the wide toe box is a perfect fit. My Keens went to the mountains for day hiking, spent 2 days at Disneyland in the rain, and handled 4 days in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico without a falter. And I only had them for 2 days before the trip began! My dad is going to get a pair after he saw how these kicks performed. All day comfort and stylish looks. I am a picky shoe guy and if you are looking for a great walking/trekking/exploring shoe for a wide foot - look no further!

Fabulous Shoe! I bought this shoe for my husband who wears a size 14. The shoes fit perfectly true to size, are very comfortable, and, for a wonder of wonders, DON'T look like Frankenstein shoes, which tends to be a problem for large men's shoes. I'll buy them again.

Great shoe for work or play - This is one tough shoe. I average a pair of shoes every three months but I think this will be the last pair I buy for a while. I’m very happy with the comfort and the overall ruggedness as well as the style. I'm very impressed with Keens and I think I will be buying more of them when I need shoes. They seem like they may run a little big but it's hard to tell as they are nice and wide and have a very good size toe box. There was no break in required, I put them on out of the box and that was it, I forgot I even had them on.

I'm wearing Keen forever - The most comfortable shoe I've ever had. Sucks up to the bottom of my foot in all areas and stays there, providing the exact right amount of cushion and support. What else do you want to know?

The Austin: Great Shoe For Austin - I was in the last stages of getting ready for a trip to Austin, Texas and needed a new pair of Keens. I wasn't able to find the right pair in a bricks-and-mortar store, so I tried Zappos for the first time. Naturally, when I saw the Austin, I knew I had to try it out. It's a great shoe - very comfortable and stylish though a little stiffer at the top than my other pairs of Keens. This makes taking it on and off and tying it slightly harder, but only slightly.

Ready for adventure! I bought these shoes for a family vacation to Southern Cal. They performed beautifully! I have a wide foot so the wide toe box is a perfect fit. My Keens went to the mountains for day hiking, spent 2 days at Disneyland in the rain, and handled 4 days in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico without a falter. And I only had them for 2 days before the trip began! My dad is going to get a pair after he saw how these kicks performed. All day comfort and stylish looks. I am a picky shoe guy and if you are looking for a great walking/trekking/exploring shoe for a wide foot - look no further!

Fabulous Shoe! I bought this shoe for my husband who wears a size 14. The shoes fit perfectly true to size, are very comfortable, and, for a wonder of wonders, DON'T look like Frankenstein shoes, which tends to be a problem for large men's shoes. I'll buy them again.
