True to size - I ordered my normal size and 1/2 size bigger. The normal size fit. Great, comfy shoes. My feet dry out wearing some sandals, but these are great.

Simply the best - I love these shoes! I now have four pairs (different colors, materials) and they are great. Only drawback is even though they're a sandal, they can make your feet hot. Great looking, great feeling shoes. Go ahead and get yourself a pair...you'll be hooked!!!

This sandal is amazing! It's even better than the Laguna which is supposed to be an update. It is comfortable from day one, great looking, uses strong double stitching throughout, and provides great arch support and toe protection. Another major reason I like this sandal is that it is very easy to slip on and take off. No hassle with Velcro or buckles. It's basically the perfect shoe for anyone living in Florida or a warm climate. I'm going to wait for a sale and buy another pair.

Newport is a classic - Great all around sandal. Toe protection is fantastic and has all day walk-ability. They can get stinky but if you use a foot powder from the day you receive them, it delays the funk for almost 3 years. You can also wash these in a standard washer which helps with the odor.

Love Them!! This is the second pair of Keen sandals that I own, and they are incredible! They not only feel comfortable, but the 'bumper' protects my toes, and they are waterproof! Note: You should purchase them at a 1/2 size larger than normal. Also, as a long-time customer, I must state that Zappos service is incredible to deal with!

Awesome Shoe!!! This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn! I love the arch support and molded toe-bed. The front toe protection makes these awesome for a secondary hiking shoe/camp shoe. Would absolutely recommend! (Not to mention that they look awesome!)

I had these delivered in one day right before an 11 day vacation. I wore them almost non-stop right out of the box and had no troubles at all. My feet felt great! I replaced an older pair of Keen shoes purchased in 2005 that are still comfortable but a little rough looking after much use.

The best customer service around! I ordered these shoes as a gift, and was unsure of what size to order. I settled on a 12, a size bigger, as when I buy these for myself that's what I do. Unfortunately, they turned out to be too big. What a blessing Zappos is, with their easy, free return/exchange policy! What's more, free shipping in the first place is awesome! And faster shipping can't be found anywhere! Thank you Zappos!!! I won't order shoes from anywhere else!

A Life Saver! I had to have a bunion removed from the side of my right foot. Being a woman with wide feet, I needed something that would allow room for my bandages without crowding my toes. These shoes worked perfect. I could even wear them with socks! Though I don't have my bandages, my Newport's still hold my foot without slipping. I loved these shoes so much that I just ordered another pair of men's Newport's (2). All I can say is AWESOME!!

His SECOND pair - He LOVES THESE SHOES! Bought my husband a pair 3-4 summers ago. He wore them every warm day, whether gardening, farming, trekking, or with a pair of casual shorts. Sorry I waited... I love them!! My foot measures 10.5M, wear 10.5-11 in most shoes. TIP: BREAK IN FOR 7-10 DAYS WHILE WEARING SOCKS... YOUR FEET WILL THANK YOU!!! I find this style works great in a size 10 (one half to one size smaller) with or without socks. A black ankle/anklet style worn with this shoe can make it look more like a traditional low/light hiker. Good support and cushion for a sandal style. Easy to snug up the fit for action or loosen for a cooler casual feel. I would rate this shoe equal to Chaco ZX2 (also fits half size smaller), although they each have their own strengths and styles. KEEN NEWPORT: A WINNER FOR FICKLE FEET - My husband RARELY finds a shoe that is comfortable and flattering at the same time. This shoe made the cut. He has an incredibly high arch (and he has hammer toes) so it is difficult to find attractive shoes that don't cause him pain. He has even washed them and they came out looking brand-new.

Keen Sandals - Took me 3 tries, but I found the perfect shoes. I originally got a size 13 because I wear that size in all other shoes. The 13's gave me blisters, so I returned them and got a size 12. These are so comfortable. Try going down a size from what you usually wear.

Keen Virgin! I never owned any Keens in the past but that has changed. Recuperating from ankle surgery and wanted something comfortable to slip into. Great Shoes, Great Service - These shoes are great. They are incredibly comfortable and versatile. The anti-odor smell is a bit strong, but not unpleasant. I ordered them on a Sunday night and Zappos had them on my door the next day, no charge!

Great Shoes, Great Service - These shoes are great. They are incredibly comfortable and versatile. The anti-odor smell is a bit strong, but not unpleasant. I ordered them on a Sunday night and Zappos had them on my door the next day, no charge!
