This is a pretty small backpack. It's listed as 2100 CU of space but it's more like 1900. It's also a lot lighter than what the description claims. It weights about 16 oz empty. Who cares about the looks? Functionality, comfort, and durability are important, not looks. I would say this pack is not very durable. If you're planning to carry 30 pounds of books, don't be surprised if it comes apart. Carrying light stuff shouldn't be a problem. It's comfortable enough to carry all day. With that said, this pack is overpriced. You can add a few bucks more and get one of the North Face backpacks which will most likely outlast this one.

Nice Looking Back Pack - Nice size to this bag. It looks so much better then most out on the market. Its quality is not that of a Kelty, but it’s still an awesome bag even if it's from Jansport!

Pretty Awesome - Well all I can say is that the backpack is pretty cool, I’m in high school and it works fine although, I think I'd rather have the big student backpack from Jansport, it's a bit bigger but this works fine for me. :)

Wonderful pack! This is the most comfortable Jansport backpack (or any backpack for that matter) that I have owned. The sternum strap, waist belt, and dual external bottle holders allow for excellent weight distribution.
