I was very disappointed in these boots. I like to take long walks in the winter, and thought these would be perfect. I was wrong. First -- they don't keep my feet warm enough, not even close. Second, the bottom does not stop me from slipping on ice. I've worn them, so can't return them, but wish I hadn't bought them. Oh well. I love my other Keens.

Love the look - comfort pretty good - These boots are great looking and feel wonderful for the first few miles/hours. They do not have much support, so after a while my arches ache.

Keen Shay in Burgundy - A very comfy boot with a good arch support. As the reviews say, the brand tends to be on the shorter end, so size up if you can. I would give it a 5 star in Overall review, but for the slightly shorter size in a half size up from my regular one! My toes brush ever so slightly, not enough to return, but enough for it not to get 5 stars. The shoe is wider than one would expect, nonetheless received compliments on it and, anyways, it is a casual, slip-on, go-everywhere-for-your-errands boot. Good choice for everyday comfort!

I purchased these for my mom for Christmas. She loves them. She uses them for house shoes, since she doesn't like the shearling liner in slippers and she can go outside in them.

Good but not perfect - The shoe is extremely comfortable, good arch support and a nice, thick base. The only drawback is I expected them to be warmer. The style leads you to believe it is a winter boot, but the lining is not sufficient for a Chicago winter.

sister-in-law loves them - Got this as a gift for my sister-in-law and she is raving about them! True to size; color as described and she says the comfort is typical of other keens. Great buy!

Comfort and style - These are so comfy...I was just at a 3 day convention walking on concrete flooring for 7-9 hours each day...my friend non Keen shoe wearer complained of blisters, aches etc on her feet...I walked in comfort wearing business casual attire and these. They look great with leggings and the attached knitting makes what type of sock a no brainer. One button did fall off first time putting them on. They may seem more appealing without the single stitch swirls on the front but they are monochromatic so not really noticeable.

Sturdy and warm, but comfy as slippers! I love these boots so much that I bought them in three colors -- the burgundy and dark brown are rich looking, and the black is a nice, neutral choice. I have a hard time fitting into boots because of somewhat thick ankles and calves, so the stretchy sweater knit cuff of the Shay is a perfect solution to this problem. I wear these boots with pants as well as longer skirts and I get compliments wherever I go. I wear a size 10, but ordered a half size larger in the Shay, as I often do with Keens, and they fit perfectly.

Comfortable and Cute... The perfect shoe to slip on in between sandals and boots seasons. Feels like a slipper-sock with a molded sole. The sock can be worn up or folded down to a cuff, with cute button accent. The usual Keen width and comfort. Great for driving, walking on city streets, wearing to and from yoga class, general errands and around the house. My only suggestion would be a little more cushioning and support in the footbed and sole. I bought the red, a deep cranberry, to add a little color to something that would otherwise look kind of ordinary. Overall, I recommend this shoe and have already "sold" a few pairs to other friends.

Keen Shay - I really like this slip on sock-boots. I wear a size 7 in Keen shoes, but needed a size 8 in this style. My regular shoe size is an 8, so order your normal shoe size. The finish is very nice and the sole is very comfortable. There is arch support, so they should be good for walks. I ordered the shitake and love the color.

Keen Shay - I really like this slip on sock-boots. I wear a size 7 in Keen shoes, but needed a size 8 in this style. My regular shoe size is an 8, so order your normal shoe size.
