These are great swim trunks. I'd order 1 inch smaller than you'd normally think you wear. They wear well. Nice length, comfortable, quick drying, function well; like all my Patagonia gear.

These are probably the best fitting and performing board shorts around. There is no velcro in the fly (button) to wear out, and the lacing system is more secure than in earlier models (both improvements). These are a little more expensive than other brands, but you’ll wear them more due to the fit and performance (light and quick drying). The single pocket may not be enough for a dad with kids at the water park, as you usually need to carry money and goggles, but they look a little more age appropriate for the older guys without looking like we’re trying too hard to look younger than we are.
