After last winter dumped snow and more snow, I decided to invest in some good snow boots. While it hasn't snowed yet, I've tromped around my house in my new boots a couple of times, and here are my thoughts: Warm! Wow, the insulation is intense. My notoriously cold feet might make it through this winter. A bit clunky, I feel a little Frankenstein-ish. Driving in these will take some getting used to. Size: these were a bit big with normal socks, but when I put on my thick wool socks, they fit perfectly. The laces are positioned well for being able to adjust the fit (and felt far less clunky when laced up snug). So far, seems built to last. Obviously did not buy these for style points. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase; they fit the bill exactly for what I wanted.
