A big disappointment. I usually wear a 7, sometimes a 6.5. I got these in a 7 and they were so short on me I can't even decide if a half size or full size larger would have fit. Since my toes were practically folded over I can't comment at all on the comfort or arch support. I think they're wider than a usual B width, but not wide enough for a true wide foot. The blue color was unappealing as well; more greenish than gray. My advice for anyone considering purchase is to go up at least half a size.

Super comfortable all weather boot - Shopping for shoes/boots is usually a chore for me but Zappos makes it easy. I was blown away by the great customer service, and free shipping (including returns). I wanted a boot that would be comfortable enough to do a lot of walking in whilst keeping out the cold and wet. This is it. I am so used to boots that hurt my feet or cause blisters but from day one these have been perfect. I love the way they look too. I had to size up half a size for a really good fit so you might want to keep that in mind when you buy. Great grip, no leaking so far despite being out in heavy rain, and toasty warm. Love them!

I Love This Shoe! I love this shoe. It has a good fit and looks great on my foot. It's a comfortable sporty shoe and it has a boot look to it as well. I'm thinking about purchasing another pair. I highly recommend these.

Comfort! Weather has been nice so haven't had a chance to wear them a whole lot but very comfortable. I ordered a size 6 but had to return them for a 6.5. Return process was GREAT! Will be shopping at Zappos again! Great friendly service. Keep up the good work.

I normally wear a 7 and sent it back for the 6 1/2 and I still had room for thick socks. They were comfortable and kept my feet dry all day sloshing through snow/puddles. Not the prettiest boots but very practical.

Sturdy with toothy soles - I wear Merrells practically all the time, but their soles are not the best for ice and snow. The Baffins have very good gripping soles. Since I found them quite wide, I will have to wear a heavier sock (thus the 4-star comfort rating). The length was fine. Easy to get in/out. Each shoe weighs about a pound. The knitted ankle cuff is snug and comfortable. This has been a record snow year in Madison, WI and I trust these boots will help me weather all future storms.

Perfect - These boots are warm, comfortable, and perfect for slushy or snowy weather. Easy to get on and off. And, very comfortable for walking. I originally tried the Baffin Rant boots, but couldn't get my feet in them and a pair of Columbia boots, with a zipper that kept getting stuck. Zappos took them back (thank you!) and I was delighted to find these simple, absolutely perfect boots.

Super Comfortable and Warm Boot/Shoe - This is a fantastic Shoe/Boot - I guess it's a short boot but it feels like a shoe. I love it. In fact, I just ordered another pair so I'll be sure to have some to wear when these wear out. They are really comfy and very warm. I love the way they look on my feet - kind of clunky, trendy. My feet are wide - I usually wear an 8.5WW so I ordered a 9 as these only come in M width, I'd say they ran quite wide. They fit just right and are very easy to slip on and off. Tonight was -5 F and we were out looking at cars, then to dinner and then shopping - my feet stayed toasty warm and they are so comfortable and sure footed on snow and ice.

Very pleased - Love this boot. Perfect to slip into and run to store on cold day. Keeps my feet warm and dry. I also use them to walk my dog on snowy roads, has good traction and very comfortable to walk in. Plenty of room to place my orthotic support in. The width is great for my bunions.

I work for UPS and needed comfy brown waterproof warm shoes these are almost all 3 they are comfortable and waterproof they are not very warm but I still wear them even on 20 degree days and my toes get a tad chilly. Overall I love them, I will buy another pair when I wear these out!!!

Great Boot - This boot is very comfortable and easy to put on. It is really lightweight even though it doesn't look like it is. I've worn them shopping and to work and have not felt overburdened by them at all. I high recommend these boots.

Purchase your TRUE SIZE! I always purchase one size larger for my athletic shoes. So, I thought I'd do the same with these Baffin shoes. Big mistake! The width feels more like "WIDE" than "MEDIUM" and the ankle area is very loose. I'm returning it for an 8M. Hope it's a better fit. These are comfortable enough to wear in Hawaii's rainy season. I'm hopeful that it'll keep my feet warm & dry when I travel to the northwest this winter.

I'm pleased! My husband and I are building a house, and there is lots of land (with lots of rock & dirt piles) to cover. I needed a hiking boot, but felt the Timberland boots are a bit too heavy for me. These are perfect for what I needed - they are lighter weight, and perfect for climbing dirt & rock piles, and some hiking. I don't know if the expandable ankle is supportive enough for serious hikers (I haven't tried), but these are great for walks in the woods, hiking, some climbing, etc. Plus, the look is Fab! I'm going to buy my Aunt pair, she just adores mine!
