Sweet - The shoe is very light weight and comfortable. The way you usually run will feel more comfortable with this shoe. You also get a little bounce off the track too. The best part is that I had this shoe for over a year and it's still in good enough shape for another season of track and field. That's basically what this shoe does and looks very stylish too. Other people bought a pair of spikes and they tried my used spikes and said that the shoes felt great better than theirs.
