Reasonable Comfort - Nowadays, you pay an arm and a leg for comfort. These babies are easy on the budget and pamper your feet. They are sturdy and deliver what it claims it would do. I just got mine today and seem like it's going to be my best friend for a long while. Zappos' service is the best...quick, reliable and it's free!! What more can you ask for?

Great summer shoe - I had had a pair of these sandals last year in grey and when I ordered these, I thought the color would be a bit more yellow. It is the summer, so it really doesn't matter much. The comfort of the shoe, however, is wonderful. I'm glad I ordered them and enjoyed not paying any shipping charges as well.

Great WATER shoes --- otherwise...? They would probably work well as water shoes, but they gave me a blister as regular shoes. Toes were much longer than I needed. Ended up scuffing, tripping a little bit.

Columbia Surf Tide II - Very comfortable outdoor, walking sandals. The sturdy straps hold your feet in place (as opposed to sandals I've had with nylon straps).

Fantastic! This shoe is fantastic! No other word will do to describe it. It can be adjusted for exact fit, is waterproof and looks good. I have two pairs, ordered a pair for a friend and will probably order another pair for myself before summer ends. As always, Zappos is the best customer service ever!

What I was looking for! I am going on a trip where I need sandals that can get wet and handle rugged terrain. I tried Tevas - too stiff and hurtful on my feet... I kept looking and found these. Soft and comfy the second I put them on! I've only worn them a little to see how they'll do and I expect them to be terrific.

Not comfortable - I found them to be a little clunky and heavy. The edges of the fabric were not smooth and rubbed the skin raw on my big toe. Also it was difficult to slip your foot in because the straps do not slide through their slots easily. It was almost impossible when wet. I would say buy a pair of Merrell or Nike ACG sandals instead.

Love These Shoes - I have three pair of these shoes. There are two reasons that they did not get 5 stars in every category: The strap velcro sticks a little much when you try to loosen it and the front could use a little more material so that the toes did not stick out so much and there was more stability. Great arch support. Can walk all day!

What a shoe - I have these in pink and blue. I use them when I walk a lot or am on vacation. They are great. I get lots of comments. Every one likes the pastels. If you wear a closed toe shoe in say size 7--order a size 6 in this sandal.

A year round sandal - This shoe has a great supportive arch, a heel that gives a little, which is great for us plantar fasciitis. The textured footbed allows airflow to keep sole dry. The adjustable straps allow customizable width. True to size. With black socks I wear these even in winter with long pants.

My cruise shoes - I bought the Columbia Surf Tide II to wear on a cruise to Hawaii. They are so comfortable and stable. I felt sure footed on the cruise ship.

Wonderful Shoes!! I have worn out one pair of Columbia's Surf Tide shoes. I wore them all over Europe last summer. When the weather was hot I wore them without socks and when it was cold I wore them with socks. They are so comfortable and I was delighted to find another pair in my size on Zappos.com. I have narrow feet and with the velcro I can make them fit me just fine. These shoes are my favorite pair.

Great for water aerobics - I have been using these for water aerobics for several months, and I love them. They are comfortable, give good traction on the pool bottom and help cushion your joints when jumping up and down in the water. I will definitely be back for more.

Versatile for many casual situations - These sandals fill a void as shoes that can take a sandy walk on the beach and unexpected wash of waves. They are fairly comfortable and lightweight. They look attractive and are easy to put on and adjust. It would be an extra dimension in comfort if Columbia or other manufacturers would do casual shoes with firm arch support too. For me the comfort factor would be amped up tremendously by this addition.

These certainly aren't the most attractive shoe, but I bought them for my Caribbean cruise to go on all different kinds of terrain. They are super comfortable, and show off the best parts of your feet!

great and useful sandal! Bought a pair for myself and my husband for our trip to hawaii. We knew we were going to be doing a lot of hiking through rainforest conditions, over lava rocks and kayaking. These were great, better than the water shoes that came with our snorkeling gear. Great in both water and on land, even over slippery wet lava rocks. 2 weeks of hiking and swimming and they still look like they are in great shape. great sandal for the price!

I absolutely love Columbia shoes. I had a pair of Surf Tide 1s before... and they have lasted for a long time. Still lasting. The Surf Tide 11 is similar, however, it doesn't appear to be made as well as the number 1.

All day walking comfort. . . I needed a pair of shoes that had a good arch support, cushioned comfort, and had a strap to hold my foot in place as I walked. These shoes are terrific! The first day I put them on they felt great, fit well, and were extremely comfortable. My foot has a high arch and needed good support and I got it! I wear a size 11 and these shoes are true to size. They might be a little wider than normal, but the straps all you to adjust the shoe to fit your foot. I am planning to wear these shoes on a cruise next month and now know my feet will be happy!

Love my Columbias. I ordered this shoe because I purchased the same sandal in a different color this summer. I have many problems with my feet including heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and a wide forefoot. My Columbias helped with all of these problems. When I was not able to find my size at the original store of purchase, a friend suggested Zappos. Very happily, they had the Surf Tide and in varying colors. I cannot be happier with my purchase. I now have two pair: one in beige, one in black, and can be comfortably supported no matter what color clothing I might choose that day.

Cool and comfortable - This sandal has a casual look, is very comfortable with good arch support and nicely cushioned innersole. Having wide feet makes the velcro straps a big plus. I can adjust the sandal to my comfort level. Most comfortable walking sandal I have found in a long time. Came in handy as a "water shoe" when we went tubing and had to walk on rocks in the water. Held up beautifully.

I absolutely love Columbia shoes. I had a pair of Surf Tide 1s before... and they have lasted for a long time. Still lasting. The Surf Tide 11 is similar, however, it doesn't appear to be made as well as the number 1.

All day walking comfort. . . I needed a pair of shoes that had a good arch support, cushioned comfort, and had a strap to hold my foot in place as I walked. These shoes are terrific! The first day I put them on they felt great, fit well, and were extremely comfortable. My foot has a high arch and needed good support and I got it! I wear a size 11 and these shoes are true to size. They might be a little wider than normal, but the straps all you to adjust the shoe to fit your foot. I am planning to wear these shoes on a cruise next month and now know my feet will be happy!

Love my Columbias. I ordered this shoe because I purchased the same sandal in a different color this summer. I have many problems with my feet including heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and a wide forefoot. My Columbias helped with all of these problems. When I was not able to find my size at the original store of purchase, a friend suggested Zappos. Very happily, they had the Surf Tide and in varying colors. I cannot be happier with my purchase. I now have two pair: one in beige, one in black, and can be comfortably supported no matter what color clothing I might choose that day.

Cool and comfortable - This sandal has a casual look, is very comfortable with good arch support and nicely cushioned innersole. Having wide feet makes the velcro straps a big plus. I can adjust the sandal to my comfort level. Most comfortable walking sandal I have found in a long time. Came in handy as a "water shoe" when we went tubing and had to walk on rocks in the water. Held up beautifully.
