Great pair of sneakers! I needed a comfortable pair of shoes for my trip to France, but I didn't want athletic tennis shoes. This pair of Keen Ventura II were awesome. They felt great from the moment I put them on and without even breaking them in. I wore them for hours at a time and they were always comfortable. I have high arches and I never had a problem with them while wearing these shoes.

Keen Ventura II - I ordered a pair for myself and my daughter. I wanted a walking shoe in black that would not look orthopedic. This shoe fits the bill. I use orthotics which I placed on top of the liner of the shoe and it results in a very comfortable walking shoe. Normally, I take a 7 and a half in a sneaker to accommodate my orthotics; my regular shoe size is 6 and a half. But in this shoe, the size 8 was perfect.

Keen Ventura II - What kept me from returning these was someone else's tip to replace the original insole with a thinner one. My instep is average, but these cut across the top of my foot. I tried different lacing variations to no avail. I pulled out the insole - it's thick cork - and replaced it with a thinner gel insole. Voila! Perfect. Love these shoes.

A Terrific Buying Experience - I really love this shoe. It is comfortable and since I got it in red, I feel that it is a perfect accessory to many of my outfits. The shoe is comfortable and very well made. It also has good arch-support. I also must say that the overall experience of buying from Zappos has been terrific. I was very surprised at their quick mailing service and I think that their return policy is fantastic. Overall this has been one of the easiest and most positive online buying transactions I have ever made.

Cute Ventura - These are "better than your average Keens". I buy Keens for the comfort, but these are the best yet. They come in some great colors. I found these to be true to size.

Wish it was supportive, too - What can I say, I love Keens. I own seven pairs, from hiking shoes to winter boots. But I must say that although these are probably the best in looks, they are the worst in support. I don't understand why they have to sacrifice comfort/support for looks - I think they should go back to the drawing board and insert better support for Ventura. I get complimented on these all the time and I find myself wearing them a lot because of the classic tennis shoe look, but they just don't have that all-day comfort of other Keens. I walked around all over the place today, and my hips and knees, and shins are killing me. I normally wear size 7.5 in other Keens, but due to circumstances ended up with a size 7 in these. They are a bit on the smaller side than I wish, but I can still wear them. I would still suggest going up half a size, if nothing else than for some toe-wiggling room. The quality is awesome for this type of shoe. Most of them will fall apart after a month or two, but Keen managed to tackle all the usual spots like back of the heel with leather to keep them from wearing out too quickly. The weather-resistant nubuck is great for the occasional rain. Verdict is: I love the look, but I long for better support from these shoes.

A trip-worthy shoe - My husband and I travel a great deal and I am always looking for the perfect shoe. Hopefully this shoe will fit that description. It is a little edgy, fits well, and seems very comfortable. When we travel, we walk a great deal and the sole on this shoe seems thick enough to withstand cobblestones and ancient ruins!!! Your service is fantastic. We live at least an hour from any kind of major shopping centers, so I really depend on catalogs and internet shopping. Your service is by far the best. This was the first time I used Zappos, but certainly not the last time.

Ventura II Review - Overall, I am extremely satisfied with these shoes. This is actually the second pair I've gotten; in the first pair, the tongue felt a very uncomfortable so I thought I'd try another pair just to be sure. I'm glad I did! These are very good shoes and are very reasonably priced. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them.

Cute old fashioned look - I needed to order one size larger because I have wide feet and the regular size 7 was too narrow. Great look with jeans. I have 6 pairs of Keens and love all of them. I have walked in them during trips to Mexico and Europe and they are fabulous walking shoes.

First pair of comfortable sneakers I've had in 65 years! These shoes are awesome! The fit is wonderful-roomy in the toes with socks or not. The color is my favorite - blue. They don't gape on the sides. And best of all I can take out the innersoles and put my orthotics inside! I bought 2 other styles of Keens and all are the same size and run true to size.

Not cushy like other Keens - Loved the look but after putting in an even more cushy insole than that which came with it, the shoe did not feel right...lack of support and a bit of a rub on the heel. Wish they made them more like the leather type Keens because I love the look but had to return.

Another cool style from Keen - I'm a big fan of this brand because all of their styles have a nice, wide toe box! The Ventura II took a beating when I walked all over Sea World for 7 hours flat out-no blisters, no uncomfortable rubbing on my heels. I’ve heard others complain of minimal arch support, but these were so comfy I really didn't notice that. Now to get it in other colors.....

Fantastic - These shoes are great. I love the unique appearance as it does not look like an ordinary sneaker. I have a wide foot and believe or not these shoes fit and are not tight even though they are mediums. The price is also comparable to other sneakers on the market.

First time Keen purchase first time Zappos customer - These shoes are adorable and as comfortable as Keds. I have a high arch and being that it’s a casual loafer style; I don't expect it to have a lot of arch support so I wasn't disappointed. The right shoe is pinching in the back but I think this will break in. I love this shoe but don't expect that I can walk on it all day, for that I will go to my other hiking shoes. I basically made this purchase for the looks of the shoe and everyday just running around. Service was INCREDIBLE!!! I ordered a size too big and called them up at 8pm at night and the new pair was delivered the next morning!!! I am recommending Zappos to all my co-workers and friends.

Stylish yet casual - Almost great to stand in all day. Beats Converse hands down in comfort and even slightly up a notch from regular tennis shoes for dressiness.

Fantastic - These shoes are great. I love the unique appearance as it does not look like an ordinary sneaker. I have a wide foot and believe or not these shoes fit and are not tight even though they are mediums. The price is also comparable to other sneakers on the market.

First time Keen purchase first time Zappos customer - These shoes are adorable and as comfortable as Keds. I have a high arch and being that it’s a casual loafer style; I don't expect it to have a lot of arch support so I wasn't disappointed. The right shoe is pinching in the back but I think this will break in. I love this shoe but don't expect that I can walk on it all day, for that I will go to my other hiking shoes. I basically made this purchase for the looks of the shoe and everyday just running around. Service was INCREDIBLE!!! I ordered a size too big and called them up at 8pm at night and the new pair was delivered the next morning!!! I am recommending Zappos to all my co-workers and friends.
